I am a traveling therapist and have worked at Mason and must honestly say this is hands down my favorite LTC/Rehab facility. It really is "Family caring for Family". The management team are strong advocates for our residents and go above and beyond for caring for their residents. Their therapy team is top notch with amazing out comes with participating rehab residents. The activities are adventurous, hands on and resident interest and hobbies. And the food is so good most of the staff eat there too!
First of all Kim is the very best employee they have there . She works three times is hard to keep up for what the others don't do . They stand around on their phones talk to each other and don't pay attention to their patients they need be caring for . I had to put my mom in there for rehabilitation . She is 84 years old , every time we go there she is soiled !!! Me and my wife waited 48 minutes after she pressed her call lite for someone to change her . We are very concerned of the care that my mom is receiving !!!
I have worked for Masons H and R TLC Corporate for almost 5 years in two employee time frames. Masons has the ability to give you a family through both associating with employees and residents. I have enjoyed my employment at Masons to the extent that I usually forget to pick up my paycheck. When an individual forgets to get paid, they are usually working for other reasons than just a paycheck. They like what they do with the people they do it with. I have acquired friends, training, and advancement at Masons. We, as a group, care for others without the division of classes. As we care for our residents, or our friends, we forget each other’s titles. We truly work as a team. That is attributed to great management that cares for its employees. I could not imagine my grandmother getting better care than she did at Mason's! Everyone treated her with so much love and respect like she was THEIR family member. I am forever grateful for the Mason's team for making the last 6 months of her life filled with love and compassion. I would recommend Mason's 100 x over!
My Dad delt with my Mom with dementia for 10 years on his own. And then Dad's Dr. said she was concerned for my Dad's health. She was thinking it was time to look for a facility. He decided on Mason's health and rehab. He was happy with her care. So was the family. I would recommend this place. It is a nice , clean facility.
I highly recommend Mason Health & Rehab as a place to live for seniors in the community as well as a great place to work. It is a team filled with lots of tenure, kindness, compassion, and competence. Many of the employees have worked here their entire careers; starting in entry level positions and being promoted from within. Mason offers CNA training classes, QMA classes, tuition reimbursement, free meals while working, and lots of fun activities. I am happy to be part of the TLC Management family and working at Mason Health and Rehab!
Masons is an amazing place to work! The employees are great to all of their residents and love each and everyone! I’d highly recommend for any of my friends or family in need for some extra help!
This facility is full of staff that generally cares about the well being of their patients. We have been through a few different nursing homes with my grandpa, only to be left disappointed and feeling like he wasn’t receiving quality care. That was until we stepped foot into Mason. We instantly felt the love and gratitude of each and every person that has cared for him thus far. We can’t even begin to express the relief and joy that we are left with knowing that he’s in such great hands. We can’t thank you guys enough for being so unbelievably dedicated to the quality of care that you guys provide! Definitely recommend Mason for the care of your loved ones!
Mason employees go above and beyond. I have never seen such compassion and teamwork in a team! The staff show great pride and treat the residents like their own loved ones. The leadership team is always willing to step in and lend a hand to help as well.
I have worked as a therapy rehab tech in the Mason’s sister facility and know many of the staff at Mason. They are very professional, caring, and loving. If/when my grandmother needs a nursing home, we will definitely choose Mason.
