Talissa did a amazing job! She listens to your needs and is very smooth making me feel great when I leave. I would highly recommend her she's the best!!!!

I went in for a 90-minute massage at the American Fork location. Started out good, but the therapist just wanted to talk, and I felt kind of obligated to continue the conversation, so I didn't get to relax as much as I wanted too. She stretched my left side really well, including my gluts, but because she was talking, she forgot the right, which is the side that was really hurting. I feel like she spent more time on certain areas, and others got neglected. When you pay over $120 for a relaxing experience, one would hope you'd get it, not my experience this time. Additionally, their phone systems and apps were down, so I couldn't schedule by calling or on the app, so if you want to schedule, you'll have to go into the store. Additionally, they can't do any facials at this time even though they are advertising "facials" and you can supposedly book an appointment but all of the dates have marks though them.

Was not impressed with this place! I’d give it a half a star if I could. Paid for an hour, massage was 40 min at best. I’ve never had a massage rushed and poorly done like that. It was extremely rushed and it felt like the massage therapist was just buying her time by moving around more then massaging. I booked 2 weeks ahead for that?!?  I won’t be coming back to this location again! Bad experience over all and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I love Talissa at Massage Envy! I like her technique. She listens and is very attentive to the areas of focus as well as the massage pressure. I've had deep tissue massage to a nice relaxing massage. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Samuel was amazing,  he was excellent in locating and working out many knots and  muscle tension.  He was even able to help relieve my jaw pain from some recent dental care as well. So appreciated the therapeutic help.

This facility has been a nightmare to deal with! I drove to AF on 4 separate occasions during a 4 month period of time and filled out paperwork to have my record’s transferred to a different ME location and it never happened. I then placed my account on freeze plus to use all my credits and they didn’t process that either. They ended up charging me THEN gave me a “complimentary hold” which didn’t include fixing the charge I had already expressed IN WRITING that I didn’t authorize. They are not helpful, organized, nor professional and my experience has made me never want to deal with their company again. Worst experience ever.

If you haven’t tried stretch, you are missing out. I had a 90 minute stretch session with Kade yesterday and I feel like a million bucks! He was able to stretch and massage out several knots I had in my upper back. I also wear heels all week and he has a special technique that released all of the tightness I had in my calfs. I’m glad I took a chance and booked a stretch session

Received a phone call stating my upcoming appointment had been canceled. I booked this appointment weeks prior and had it aligned with another service as well. When advising this, they had no other appointments available anytime soon that would align the two services together and let me know I would be put on a waiting list. These services are not cheap and you would think they would have better solution then just having their customers wait on them. I will gladly be taking my money somewhere else.

have to be honest, best i’ve ever had. paula knows when to be gentle and when a particular muscle needs a little more firmness. very knowledgeable!  made a return appointment because my shoulder feels so much better than it was. thanks

Great first time experience. Kade was communicative without being overly-talkative and the stretching was wonderful. My body feels amazing. Truly, will go back!
