I visited here several months ago and had a great massage from Taylor. The pricing was fair and the experience was great so I decided to go back. But for some reason they were charging double what they charged the first time. $190?! For a massage? I reached out to a few competitors, and the highest quote I got was $120. So I’m going elsewhere. Too bad, really. I had a great experience!
This was my first experience with Patricia K. She was very pleasant and professional. The tension in my neck and jaw are greatly improved after just one session. I will be coming back on a regular basis.
5 stars all the way. Very thorough check-in, review physical information and needs but the best was Holly, massage therapist. I’ll refer her to everyone. In fact, my sister is seeing her this Wednesday afternoon. Best massage experience ever and I’ve been getting massage's for 30+ years. Kudos!
Patty was a great therapist! This was my first time with her. Her touch was perfect and she anticipated my needs and that she was asking and communicating with the touch OK. Usually your first visit with a therapist is getting to know one another it’s as if she’s been touching me. I’m massaging my body for years..
I signed up for a plan and by the third visit I decided to cancel. I was paired with a young lady for a massage. From the time I laid on the table until I left, she would NOT stop talking! I had nothing in common with this young lady as she is in her early 20's and I am twice her age. She expressed her political views and MUCH more. The whole experience was SO irritating and uncomfortable. I was upset didn't get to enjoy a service I paid for. Just a suggestion, the therapist should be trained to read their customers and probably not talk when giving a massage. Majority of people getting a massage do NOT want to talk. I'll pay more and go somewhere that more professional. Also, the 2nd massage, the gentleman smelled really strong of cigarettes. C'mon, guys!
It's been a long time since I've had a proper massage. The staff here was amazing and my massage was fantastic! Loosened up knots in my shoulders I've had so long, I'd named them. Best birthday massage yet! Thanks Casey!
I was greeted by a very nice young man at the front with a nice Hello. My name needed corrected and he insured me he would take care of it. Which he did He was well spoken and respectful. Amalia was a beautiful young women who greeted me kindly, and I enjoyed the time I had with her. My face felt wonderful, and had a healthy glow when I left. A very professional young women who put up with my chatter. Would love to go again in the future if I could get Amalia.
I was seen yesterday. I thought I’d ask recently to go up on pressure to medium as one of the last therapists was so mild in her pressure I didn’t even know I had been massaged. I ask the lady twice to back down on pressure yesterday, but it didn’t do any good-she went back down for a few moments and then go back to the deep massage : I am so sore everywhere today, that even wearing my bra on my shoulders is bothering me. I’m not a real confrontational person, so anything asking her to backdown more than two times was out of my nature. I guess I should have, but I also wish she’d have been more conscious of it since I asked twice. As she was hurting me, I kept grimacing on my face, hoping she would see that, but she didn’t pay attention to it.
5 stars for Amalia! Asheville - South She explained what she was doing/using throughout the process and answered my many questions re products & procedures. I'm looking forward to more services with Amalia.
Amalia was absolutely amazing as always! Anytime I come here for a facial, I leave feeling refreshed and ten times better about myself and my skin.
