Donavon's services were amazing. I got a 60-minute Swedish massage and I feel like a new person. Very relaxing and quiet environment. They have a lot of add-on items to enhance your services. It's defiantly worth trying. They have monthly membership options with the ability to add on a family member. It's worth it. I really can't wait to visit again for a facial.
The massages are awesome. However, the customer service that I received by the staff when canceling my membership was complete atrocious!!!! I am praying that these people find a professional development training. As soon as said I said I wanted to cancel the whole staff and the general manager became fire breathing dragons. Thank God I was able to cancel because if anyone can act like that then I do not want to patronize their establishment. Massage Green never treated me this way. Have a happy day you guys!!! Make sure you review the cancelletaion policy and have a doctor's note ready!!!

In Northville for business and I was in desperate need of a massage. My shoulders and sciatica were bothering me and I knew the 3 1/2 hour drive home the following day would be miserable. Massage Envy - Northville was able to get me in the same day and even had a 90 minute opening with Kristina. The front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival. Kristina was super friendly and really paid attention to my trouble areas. I get a lot of massages and it was obvious that she knew the body and how to give a proper massage. If you’ve had a bad or mediocre massage, you know what a disappointment it can be. I’m writing this an hour after my session and already feel better. I would definitely return if I lived in the area.
The front desk associates are incredibly nice, so I don’t want my review to reflect that. However, I had a very questionable experience with the masseuse I saw. Massage Envy sends an email to request feedback the day after your massage, and I submitted that feedback. I was not going to leave a poor review on google, but it’s been 2+ weeks since I left the feedback detailing my strange/uncomfortable experience, and I indicated that I would like to be contacted by someone from the establishment. I have not received any contact which is disappointing. I was gifted the massage, so it’s not even that I wanted a refund. I simply wanted acknowledgment of the feedback and to know that at least a conversation was had with the massage therapist so that it hopefully doesn’t happen again in the future. Either they don’t read the feedback or they didn’t take my feedback seriously. Quite disappointing. Updating to add that I did get a call back from ME after my review and they confirmed that they did have a discussion with the massage therapist as soon as I submitted my feedback, and apologized for not following up with me sooner. Feeling better about it after being contacted so hopefully future clients don’t have a similar experience.

On Jan 19, I had a 60 min facial with Scott. BEST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER. Felt relaxed, felt educated, and forgot what I was stressing about. I felt in a bliss and when I came out, I felt like I was in outer space, literally. I wanted to go nap and felt so light in the feet. Nothing else in my life mattered after receiving this relaxing massage. He also always checked on my comfort level and didn’t rush! I recommend him!
I absolutely love this location. I have been in customer service my entire life, the building is very clean and calming. The staff have always been pleasant from front desk to the therapist as well. I've been to about five different therapists at this location all have been fantastic, my favorite two therapists however are Alecia and Azhar. These two ladies have an extremely calming presence and always seem to find my sore muscles and render them. I'm so glad to have found massage envy and to have signed up to be a part of their monthly club. You just cannot beat the savings!
As a return customer, I was impressed with the positive customer service experience I had when I went to get the first massage I’ve had in a couple of years. I didn’t find the perfect match for my needs yet, but the front desk staff was phenomenal in listening to what my preferences and needs are, and I was matched with another masseuse for my next massage that is known for quality massages that focus on my problem areas. I can’t wait for my next massage! I also want to note that I was grateful that I was given the first hour for free and did not have to pay the monthly fee for membership for the first month. I’m not sure if that is a temporary promotion or not, but it should give new or returning customers a chance to find the right match before the membership fee begins.
My new masseuse Khaled is AMAZING! I was a bit nervous going from a female to male, but he was very professional & made sure I was comfortable. He's super knowledgeable & makes sure it's not too much pressure. I have recommended him to ALL my clients & friends. Please book with him. Trust you won't regret.
