Horrible experience. Do not waste your money and time by coming here. Better off going to another location. I’ve been to other locations and they are much better than this place. Only reason I made an appointment here was because it’s closer to where I live but never again . The therapist are not professional.
Since I had been a member previously, I stopped in to see if they had any time available and to sign back up now that I work from home 5 minutes away from this location. Long story short, they booked a massage for me the same day and then subsequently called me after I left to say that they had actually double booked in their system. ** Review Updated: Owner replied. Had my first massage here last week and it was a great experience. The receptionist talked me through what to expect and helped me fill out the forms for what services I would like. I am a female customer and had a male massage therapist Fred who was fantastic and I was never uncomfortable at any point. I had a pulled muscle in my back that had been causing me discomfort and pain for several weeks at that point, and since my massage that muscle has no longer been bothering me. I was seen on time and everything was professional.
Massage is good but the steal 10 of your massage time . If you pay for 60 min you will get 49 min massage and 11 min waiting .
I booked a 90 minute session & only got 60 minutes. Their air filters were not cleaned because my sinuses closed up during my massage.
Profesional! Staff are friendly, manager is very helpful. Prompt to help with your needs. I enjoy coming here.
The staff at this Whole Foods has been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, & accomadating with my visit there.
My daughter had given me $100 gift certificate but because I was not a member and chose not to be at the moment I had to pay an additional $20 and the gratuity for the therapist. Way Over priced, I have massages regularly elsewhere not a member and pay less. Was not happy and I will not return
Very clean, nicely decorated with white lace curtains, and lavender shear draping! When my 25 minute massage was done, I felt almost intoxicated, in a good way. They massaged places in my back, I didn't even knew hurt! My Wife, also got a massage, after seeing me in a state of euphoria! It was that good!
