From the receptionist taking my call the day before and being able to quickly change my appointment, to the day of arrival being checked in. My first visit at this location was phenomenal!! Ms. Theresa was amazing and I will definitely be going back. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and the massage was magnificent!! Thank you Ms. Theresa!!
I received a gift card and called asking for a few of the masseuses that get great reviews, but they were all booked months out. I took a regrettable leap of faith with one of the other masseuses and had a very uncomfortable experience. I’ve never had that much oil on my body. I asked for more pressure but it was still very light. Between that and the dripping oil it was just bad. The appointment started 15 minutes late and ended by the end of the hour. While the front desk is kind, just too much went wrong for me to ever come back.
Dan was amazing, I was extremely nervous and he made me feel at ease right away. He was confident and knowledgeable about everything. He told me exactly what he was going to do and asked me repeatedly if what he was doing was okay and if it felt okay. He was absolutely wonderful and I cant wait to go back. I felt so great when he was done. My posture was different and so was my attitude. Thanks again Dan!!
I asked for someone who could do deep tissue and this therapist was light pressure. I explained my problem areas with adhesions between my shoulder blades and a muscle spasm I woke up with toward the right side/mid back and he didn’t address those areas. He basically did a light pressure relaxation massage. All of the other therapists I have had at Massage Envy have been able to find the problems I discussed and address them. He did the same repetitive technique up and down my back and did not change it up when problem areas were found. My legs can’t take deep pressure so his pressure was fine for my legs.
I came in with a sciatic problem and my lower back was stiff. This should have been the focus of the massage. Yes, I also need a full body massage. However he spent much too long on my limbs and left the back for last and15 minutes. I felt my 90 minute massage unsatisfied. I’m
Leah was phenomenal. She took the time to really listen to me and my needs for the session. She checked in on me throughout the massage to ask if the pressure was okay and I appreciated that. She has a very safe and calming presence and I really enjoyed her services.
My experience rating was a 5! Swedish Message was great thanks to Tyare H, but I must say your front desk employee was awesome! Kelly's outgoing personality, customer service, attentiveness and overall professionalism was outstanding. She was my first impression and certainly a lasting impression! Thank you for an amazing experience from beginning to end!
Price increased without notice, cancelation police is unfair for people who have credit that carry over. Must book months ahead of time for a massage becuase they are short handed less hours open. Carry over credits can not be passed to others as gifts more then 1 a month even though they charge $10 to carry over your own paid credit. If there is any openings, it's with light to medium therapist and aren't very good.
I usually get a massage every eeek 2 or 3 weeks. I a Had a wonderful massage with Tres and he is great good therapist he always makes me feel good and gets to the body parts that hurt. He is good. I like to switch therapist since my best one was with the one that left because he had surgery on his thumb and never came back. Sorry I can’t remember his name but I haven’t found the right one yet. I love massage envy and will continue to get my massages from you forever. Love the staff so professional and I am scheduled for a facial next week. Thank you Massage Envy in Severna Park
Customer service is lacking, maybe some new employees working. Massage wasn’t firm even though they said she was, and she smelled like cigarettes.
