First of all, I was scheduled to bring my car to be detailed at 11:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. They told me that I could leave it and they would get to it. Vacuuming and seat cleaning were done very well. There were large spots on the windshield that weren't even cleaned. All of the other windows were done poorly as well. There were areas in the interior that didn't appear to be touched either. They rescheduled me to come back in so they could clean areas that they had missed and when I arrived the place was closed. Now, I'm trying to reach them and the phone number is going to some lady that says she doesn't know anything about car detailing!

I’m not mad, just disappointed. This was my experience…  I called and asked for their best package. The gentleman I spoke with said that was for show cars and that I should go with the number 6; he reassured me that this package would exceed my expectations. I set up the appointment to drop off the car at 10am. I didn’t ask when it would be done but expected a few hours. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready by 3:00. Longer than I expected, but I didn’t express that I needed it sooner so no big deal. I called again at 4:15 to check in 45 minutes from closing time, the gentlemen said, “whoever told you that it would be done by 3:00 was very wrong! I should be done by 4:45.” Got a call at 4:50 saying the car was done and went to pick it up.  Upon my arrival, I inspected the car and found all hard interior surfaces had a glossy/sticky finish, including all touch points. Also, there were several spots on the windows and the instrument cluster with oily smudges, likely from a rag used to apply the glossy/sticky finish to the dash, etc. I wasn’t able to get a good photo of the smudges, but the pictures I did take show some of the spots that didn’t meet my expectations.  Once again, as I told the gentleman who billed me out, I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Wanted to help a small business. Never again. We dropped the car off at 11am and was told it would be done by 5pm. At 5pm we called to ensure it was done, he said he needed another hour, was short staffed. No problem. At 6, he stated he needed another 45 minutes. Finally at 8:30pm we came to pick up the car and since it was dark we could not see. Once we got home we realized what a LACK of “attention to detail” this was. Car was still dirty inside as shown in pictures. Was a rushed job. When I called to speak to the manager she didn’t even sound suprised., just said to come in and fix it. They did a spot clean of the things we pointed out but didn’t offer any money off or a discount to come back next time. We will not be returning!Services:&nbsp;Steam cleaning

Wish I could comment on thier work but the work was never done. I called and spoke to someone and set up an appointment to get  a full detail package for my wife's suv and my truck, set it up for pickup and delivery seeing as my wife just had surgery and can't drive. The day came and went without any call or anyone picking up the cars. Was ready to drop over $600 on this place and got ghosted. Can't comment on thier work because the work never got done. They do an awesome job here. Very hard working and will male your ride look like new again. Highly recommend these guys.

The ATD in the company name means attention to detail. This company fulfills that description and more. Took my Jaguar XJS car to Master Chief and was beyond impressed. The crew is professional and goes above and beyond to make your car look like new. They have affordable prices and take their craft seriously. I highly recommend this car wash, you will not be disappointed!

I had an appointment to have my car cleaned and waxed today at Master Chief Car Detailing in Kenosha, WI.  I made an appointment a week ago.  Per the appointment, I brought the car in today at 9:00 AM sharp.  The only person on premises was a woman who, I presumed based on the office signage, was the manager.  Rather than look up the appointment, she asked me what services I wanted.  She was unclear about what services were included in the package I had contracted for and argued that the services that were promised on the company website and on its printed menu, which she was holding in her hand, were not available in the package I ordered.  She finally looked at the menu and found that she was wrong.  This caused her to grunt, I assume as a sign of acknowledgement of her mistake.  She also said that she had no idea when my car would be done as the workers were not there yet and so she did not know when they would start or, consequently, when they would finish.  She said she would call me with a pick-up time later.  I left the car keys and departed.  Her attitude throughout was discourteous and dismissive.  To be fair, I had apparently interrupted her breakfast, which was spread out on her desk, and this might have contributed to her surliness.  After over an hour I called her.  She told me that the workers would, in fact, not be in today at all and so the facility was “closed”, thus, my car would not be cleaned and so I needed to come pick it up.  The word, "sorry", was never spoken.  While I was not there in person during this exchange, I assume that I must have interrupted another of her meals, as her attitude seemed quite unimproved.  So, the upshot is that my wife and I adjusted our schedules and wasted time driving back and forth today for no good reason at all.  In summary, there is no reason whatsoever to patronize this business.  The title, “manager”, is, apparently, meant to be ironic rather than descriptive.  Commitments mean nothing to this business.  Nor does customers’ time.  This business is not worthy of your trust or patronage.  There are many other such services in the area that would probably appreciate your business.  This company does not.

I thought I would give this local business a chance even after reading some negative comments. I scheduled an appointment for an interior detail for my mini van. dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled time 11am when I asked how long it would be she said a couple hours I calculated 3-4 at most. I had not received a call and the time was now 430pm their business closes at 5pm. I called several times with no answer my husband and I decided to go pick up our van. We arrive and the office was closed. but their was a gentleman washing a car when we arrived and I told him I was there to pick up my van which mind you it was parked in the same spot i had originally left it at he then asked me 2x if they had called me I was very confused. he said that the vehicle wouldn't be done until late late evening! I was lost for words and asked to get my keys back . NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND TO BE HONEST FEEL LIKE I DODGE A BULLET!  Thanks for nothing
