This ancient, continuous, slow form of moving meditation exercise builds strength, vitality, balance, and many other health benefits. Students of all ages and abilities learn warmup exercises, chi kung “eternal youth” exercises, push hands, and forms - patterned movements taught in segments.
Kung Fu (Tai Chi Praying Mantis)
This class is a rigorous training in the art of Shaolin Kung Fu. The student will learn conditioning exercises, techniques in self defense, and forms.
