Program Description:
Based on the concepts and theories of financial engineering, the Sobey School of Business Master of Finance program is a one of a kind initiative. The twelve month intensive program effectively prepares graduates for professional careers in financial analysis and advising, portfolio and risk management as well as corporate finance. Students are also provided with a foundation for research positions through the completion of a Masters Research Project (MRP) and are prepared for Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination. The Master of Finance program is an innovative program suited for those interested in moving into the corporate world as well as those who wish to pursue further research in finance.
