The sisters Tracy (a graduate of Florida State University) and Stacy (a graduate of Stetson University) began the store with the help of their late mother Miller and Tracy's husband Henry Jordan the Jeweler.

Masterpiece Jewelers are amazing!! Beautiful jewelry at great prices . Very diverse inventory from gorgeous new pieces, custom designing, estate and vintage jewels that have it all. They have an expert jeweler that can take care of all you repair needs. Stacy , Tracy, Teresa, Hank and staff really know what customer service is . If you need something shipped it goes and fast and they will even gift wrap it for you . I am a repeat customer I have purchased new and vintage jewelry and have loved every piece , just stunning pieces for every budget . I will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend them. Shop small business you will not be disappointed ! You will never get this kind of customer service from a chain or big box store . They also have a rewards program & interest free financing .
Had a custom engagement ring made with their help. Don’t think I ever showed a picture. It came out beautiful and she was attentive to make sure the size was perfect and was designed exactly to my liking
I highly recommend Masterpiece Jewelers. Very reasonable and affordable pricing on all of their jewelry. You are also told and even shown any flaws that a piece may have. The most honest of any jewelers I have had business dealings with. They are prompt, and timely in ring sizing and delivering their beautiful jewelry to you. If you live too far, and cannot come into their store, they promptly send it to you. I will continue to do business with Tracy & Stacy. They are very honest and reliable. Masterpiece Jewelers are top notch.
I had a lot of my mother’s jewelry after her passing and I did not know the value of what I had. The staff at Masterpiece provided several hours to go through each piece with me and was able to give me the value and purchased many pieces from me. I was able to take the money from my mom’s jewelry sold and fix a pendant I had been wanting to do for myself. The staff and owners are very kind, welcoming and attentive every time I have visited. Also willing to help clean jewelry anytime I go. I recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for trading in jewelry or buying a new piece. They have ability to create whatever you are interested in too. Thanks all for your help with my mom’s jewelry and for helping me pick a new family heirloom.
Really beautiful selection. I only buy estate pieces to be more environmentally friendly and they have such a huge selection of quality things. One of the owners also told me that they use recycled metals for their custom pieces as well, which I think is amazing. I really like shopping at places where my values are reflected in the company and this is definitely the place. Also, the prices are AMAZING and their loyalty program is WORTH IT! They don't spam you with junk and you get great discounts at milestones that are easy to achieve. I highly recommend shopping there.
If you are wondering whether or not Masterpiece Jewelers is the place for you, stop reading now and just go! It’s not so much a store as an experience that you didn’t know you needed! You walk into this absolutely beautiful, sparkly boutique jewelry store filled with what you think are strangers, and you walk out hugging your new friends and fawning over your beautiful new sparkles that you got for such a great deal you halfway wonder if you should run out of there before they figure it out! Seriously though, the staff is incredible, the owners are so kind, helpful and friendly, and it is just a place you want to make a part of your regular life. Whether shopping for deals in one of a kind estate jewelry, looking for something brand new, or looking to work with a design genius on your own one of a kind creation - it is all there. And, they even buy jewelry too, so you always have a way to get new sparkles in your life! Highly recommend!
I needed a ring sized so I decided to visit Masterpiece Jewelry on Beville Road. Abby helped me find the correct size and told me it would be ready in about/before a week’s time. It was ready in a week. Wanda assisted when I picked up the ring. Both ladies were super friendly and very helpful. When I am in need of more jewelry, Masterpiece is my first stop. THANK YOU!!
This past summer I had knocked the stone out of my ring and I knew right away I would take it to Masterpiece Jewelers to have them fix it. My family has used them multiple times over the years and always with satisfaction. They did not disappoint as they were able to use the stone and reset it. The ring looked better then it it had in years when I got it back. This was not an expensive piece of jewelry but it had much sentimental value. Thank you Masterpiece.
