I called and he was at my home in an hour. He checked the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. He accepted credit card payment- the whole thing took 21 minutes. Unbelievablely great customer service and professionalism on a holiday weekend and on. Friday. I'd recommend their service to anyone! Truly so happy!!
Honestly just good service. Gave a time estimate, and was here when he said. Had my car unlocked faster than you could even sneeze. I was impressed! Real nice guy! Like I said, just plain good service. This was my first time needing a locksmith service, and I would call him again every time.
Called for an estimate after calling several others and they had the most reasonable price. They were here in 30 min and made the key in 10min. I had broken and lost my key and my car wouldn't budge turn on after the key was made my car magically turned on. If I knew my car didn't work because of the key I would of called sooner
Called for a lock repair, the main office took my info and within a few minutes their technician, Dan, had called me to check on the request. I shared photos of the door lock I needed repaired. Dan gave me an estimate and deduced the two issues it could be. He came to the unit same day, and replaced the lock has he anticipated with a new one in under 20 minutes. Dan was a great communicator and very professional. If I ever need another lock repair for my unit, I will call Master Locksmith.
Absolutely great! We had 2 locks broken on our doors, it's seems like they didn't operate correctly for some reason. We decided to call a professional and wer'e so glad we did. He came quickly, professionally fixed the locks and saved us some money not needing to buy new ones. We are very satisfied and will recommend him to anyone who's in a need for a locksmith service.
I called this Locksmith to install two deadbolts and a door viewer at my house and was very pleased with the experience. they gave me the 30 minute courtesy call I requested and he showed up on time. the work was professional and he took time to do the job well. He even swept up when he was finished. Most importantly, he answered all of my questions willingly and was quite friendly.
Such an amazing service! I called during an emergency to open my locked door since I left the keys inside the house. They were able to come on time, fix the issue, and charged a nominal price for the service. The professionals also repaired the irritating window once the door was unlocked.
Excellent service. True professionalism. They are masters of this profession and more importantly, very sincere and honest. The entire process only took an hour and a half...and that's starting with my phone call and ending with them handing me keys to my new door locks!! you can tell they've been doing this a long time.
I called up to ask about pricing but I didn't even make it to the quote. The guy on the phone said the technician has to come to my address but when I said I was hoping for a price estimate over the phone he just hung up on me. The person sounded frustrated with my question as if I should just go along with having the technician show up which I'm sure would come with a fee. If you are good business there is never a reason to be rude to a customer and hangup on them so you deserve one star or less.
