I rarely give less than four stars what I'm doing a review. there are plenty of people out there to put out negative reviews. That being said : My auto insurance was slashed in 1/2 without reducing my coverage, that was good news! Although I was hopeful, by his initial quote...It turns out that my homeowners wasn't much of a difference from where I had it. He's a nice guy but communication could be a little better.

Matt reviewed my HI policy, found me to be dangerously underinsured, and gave me a new HI policy with Much better coverage for a lower premium. What's not to love?   He mails me paper copy of my car insurance because it makes me happy.  Nice guy, personable and professional.

My husband and I have been with Matt Darnell  for many years now.  We have always received excellent service and he notifies us of other necessary insurance that may be needed throughout our lives and through changes in our lives.  I recommend Matthew Darnell if you want a great Agent!
