Matthew W. Sojourner is an accomplished licensed sales agent focused on achieving exceptional results for his clients. Matt’s refined negotiation skills and result-oriented personality help him market properties to sell quickly and for top dollar amounts. With previous brokerage and creative marketing experience, Matt is equipped with excellent knowledge. He knows the real estate transaction process well.
Matt’s experience includes high-end sales involving several parties and complex contractual and financial matters. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Matt served as a Corporate Sales Engineer for General Electric (GE) in Salt Lake City. In that role Matt was the primary liaison between distributors and customers throughout Utah. He also oversaw all residential and light commercial distribution, handled new product demonstrations, and provided product training to ensure seamless operations. Prior to his position with GE, Matt thrived in Virginia as a residential real estate agent. During that two-year time frame, he acquired property marketing skills and developed efficiency in real estate law, contract negotiation, and performing follow ups to ensure client satisfaction.
In addition to his real estate experience and tenure with a multi-national company, Matt’s background includes experience in the automobile industry, during which he handled automobile sales and received numerous awards for customer satisfaction and being a top performer. Going beyond his commitment to providing outstanding service, Matt also offered his technical skills to assist in enhancing and updating an automobile dealership’s website. His efforts resulted in improved e-commerce and increased internet sales.
Matt has lived all over the world but he has grown particularly fond of the Salt Lake area. He is a West Jordan Chamber of Commerce member and enjoys travel, sports, and art, among other interests. Matt also has a passion for architecture and design which interestingly provides him the inspiration to build decorative fountains in his free time. Matt is an Air Force war veteran and served our Country proudly for six years.
