Dr. Matthew A. Lovato was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from Coronado High School in Colorado Springs and then graduated from Regis University in Denver with a degree in Biology. From there he went to Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Creighton with a dental degree and has returned to Colorado Springs to practice general dentistry. Dr Lovato feels that the patient should always come first, and will do whatever it takes to do what's right for them.

I can't say enough good thigs about Dr. Lovato! He is a gentle, thorough and simply does excellent dental work. He explains what is going on, all your options and the potential consequences/benefits so you can make an informed decision about your dental care. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and Dr. Lovato has taken care of me and my family for years with understanding and professionalism. He has helped me with a number of emergency situations as well. He does not rush you through to get to the next patient, because he cares about you. Jodi also operates in excellence. What a great team!  The best, most personal dental team I have ever been to. Thank you both for all you do!

I really appreciate the work Dr Lovato had done for me. I drive 20 miles to see him. I pass 20 dental offices on the way. Chains that tell you how comfortable their dentistry is, chains that tell you how perfect their dentistry is, even chains that tell you how modern their dentistry is. None of them have done nearly as good a job. There was no rush in Dr Lovato's chair. Dr Lovato reviewed the claims that other dentists had made, and then gave me another option; not because I needed a cheaper option, but because I needed the truth. Been using Dr. Lovato's Dental Services for years. I had gone to several dentists in Colorado Springs just to be told it wasn't worth the money and their time and effort to cap a front tooth.  Dr. Lavato not only capped it, but did the work with precision and perfection.  I have had the tooth capped a few times over the last 40 years, so I have a pretty good feel for what looks and feels good.  His was the best work ever done on my teeth, by far.  I was able to get the tooth fixed at an affordable cost.  Dr. Lovato cares about his work and his patients.  He has always been the most professional and honest of any Dentist I have used.

I saw De. Lovato for some poor work which another dentist had performed. He was very knowledgeable and explained things, most of which other dentists had not even informed me of. He goes out of his way to call you back, and doesn't rush his answers. Though the office could use some sprucing up he recently purchased this from another dentist, I didn't feel that was too important. His knowledge and workmanship are what counts. I definitely would recommend him.

Lovato is the most gentle dentist I have been to. The dentist before him was quite painful and though he did a thorough job, cleanings hurt. Lovato seems to know what he's doing and I've had no issues so far with him.

Dr. Lovato is one of the best dentist I have had the opportunity to interact with as a patient, he is a true professional in every way.

We had a great experience with my son who is afraid of dentists.  They went slowly explaining to him what was happening and educating me throughout the whole process.  We will be back!

Horrible dentist. The idiot drilled without managing to get me numb, and then proceeded to get irritated about the fact that he couldn't do his job. Not only that, they also claimed to accept my insurance, only to tell me after doing work that they didn't!!!! AVOID THIS ONE!!!
