Buying a car at Naples Acura was a great experience. I was so stressed from a previous car accident a week before. Everyone there was so nice, helpful, had smiles on their faces but the particular awesome people who helped me was Marvin, Marianne and Ross. They helped me get the car I wanted in the color I was dreaming about! I'm rocking my Integra like it's a Lamborghini! Thank you for all of your assistance!
Amazing first experience, for first time buyers, my wife and I already knew the car we were interested since months before we decided to purchase it, we went to the dealership to take a better look at it and have a better idea of what we were interested, Michael "Sparky" Meador was super friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, explaining into detail each and every feature of the vehicle we were looking into. Michael however doesn't stop his involvement with just being your average car seller, he really wants to make sure that you are really comfortable with the car you're going with and he will even dedicate his time off to make sure that any deal you agreed with the purchase of the vehicle is accomplished, even in his day off. I'm thankful overall that our first experience is with Michael and obviously we're proud owners of a 2023 Acura TLX A-SPEC, my wife is truly happy with the car and Michael helped me accomplish the part on having a happy wife, so we can have a happy life

I go to Acura quite frequently for the complimentary car wash that they offer their customers. I am happily greeted by Alan and Allison most of the time all of their staff is fantastic, these are just the ones I see most frequently. Today, I dropped off for routine car wash, and after they were finished they pointed out that my tire had a bubble, and deemed it very important to leave the vehicle there to get it taken care of. They placed me in a loaner immediately. Steve Ishler, Alan, and Alison expressed the safety concerns they had with me driving this vehicle in its condition. I am SO very grateful for them and the sincere care they held during this discovery. Thank you again Naples Acura. You guys are the best.

Highly recommended! I knew I was looking for a 2023 white RDX w/ black leather interior before heading to the dealership and Marvin delivered beyond my expectations! I ended up purchasing the A-spec w/technology package and couldnt be happier! The experience was seamless and everyone was amazing to work with. From Marvin who is in Sales, to Scott the Sales Manager, to Omar from Finance, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. They were all extremely knowledgable, friendly and customer focused. If you're looking for a new vehicle with a free comedy show on the side, Marvin's your guy!
Wow.. such a great experience. I have been working with Darrell because I have been looking for a used car for a few months now. Bought an MDX end of last year. I am out of state and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Francesca was easy to work with, quick to return calls or texts, even called me on her day off to give me a progress update. Only thing I might do differently is arrange my own shipping but working with them for that was more convenient and competitive so not a big deal. Thanks!
