Review of Dr. Matthew Thiel, DDS. North Canton, Ohio The Team; Dr. Matt, Lindsey, Emilee, and J.R. from Dutton Dental Lad This dental group is FANTASTIC! They are a team of great professionals. Dr. Matthew Thiel Dr. Matt, Lindsey and Emilee took great care of me from start to finish. They even had J.R. the owner of the dental lab come up and supervise some of the “try in fittings”, as well as the final completion. In the end, I felt more like family than just a patient. I needed to have my entire mouth re-done. I had problems and I needed to have all of my teeth pulled and start over. This was a major decision and ordeal for me. I decided to go with a full set of dental implants rather than go with normal dentures. Everyone that I know simply hates their dentures and I knew that I would hate mine. Ms. Lindsey is a friend of mine and she was also my point person on this. I am from out of state and I frequently come up to North Canton Ohio to visit friends. Lindsey started talking to me a while back about getting my dental work done. She finally convinced me to come in to the office and see what Dr. Matt could do. To my surprise, I found it less expensive than some of the prices that I had been quoted back home in Nashville Tennessee. I agreed to use Dr. Matt and we started the process in late 2021. When I go to the dentist, I am very nervous, anxious and even “white knuckles” while in the chair. I have been this way since I was a kid. This group of professionals always put me at easy. They were always warm, comforting and re-assuring. My journey was finally completed in Mid-July of 2022, and I simply could not be happier! If I had lived in the North Canton area, we would have been completed sooner. I had to schedule my dental work around my work and travel schedule. This group was very accommodating. Since completion, I have received many compliments on their work and my new smile. I feel great now and have a new found confidence. I would highly recommend this group for any and all of your dental needs. They are a great group of qualified professionals that also made me feel like family. Five Stars! My filling fell out after hours and I was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Theil had his staff get me in first thing in the morning and he repaired it. He is an excellent dentist and he and his staff are willing to go above and beyond to assist their patients. The staff is great and always makes me and my boys feel welcome and comfortable. Highly Recommend you give them a call.
Dr. Matt Thiel and his staff are 2nd to none. Always get you in and out in a reasonable time and see you at your scheduled time not a half hr after you've been waiting in the lobby. During my dental emergency Dr. Thiel got me right in and They helped me decide the best plan of action both cosmetically and financially to get my smile bright again! Dr. Thiel is the only dentist I would refer my friends or family to. I have been going to see him for almost a decade and every time I am treated like one of the family. His dental assistant Kerri and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and wonderful, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend making an appointment.
I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but everyone here is some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They make me feel comfortable and make the experience enjoyable!!! I highly recommend them :

Dr. Thiel and staff are the most amazing!! My entire family has been going here for years and bring my 7 year old for his dental work as well! Dr. Thiel always knows how to make you laugh and keep your smile perfect!!! Highly recommend!
I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Thiel makes going to the dentist now an enjoyable experience. He is very efficient, prompt, and always on time. You are never left sitting in the waiting room for long periods of time. Him and his staff are absolutely terrific and treat you like family, not just a number. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thiel to anyone.
Never had such a great experience! Dr. Thiel and staff are so kind! I had a crown and a filling! No pain at all! I live in Montana but was waiting to come back to Ohio to get this done! Wonderful and pain free experience! Such nice people!
The staff at Dr. Thiel’s are amazing! I wouldn’t even think about going to a different dentist. I wish I could go to my dentist more than twice a year! Can you say that about your dentist?
Dr. Theil and his team have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe every visit I came in. I suffered a mouth injury and Dr. Theil completely restored my smile back to what it was before. Everyone in that office works hard, is accommodating, and they really just make you feel like you're in good hands -- and their results confirm that you are!
