This is a locally owned insurance company that is very community minded, generous, and always puts its customers first. I don't know anyone who doesn't love this business! They do so much for the community and it's people and they always make sure that their customers are taken care of and saving money, even if it means sending them somewhere else to get ehat they need. This business is the epitome of what it takes to be successful and still put customers first! Let them quote your insurance. More than likely it will save you a lot of money but even if you don't save as much you will have a great company looking out for you in the world of big insurance!

Amazing staff, prompt service and call backs Very pleased when we got a flat tire hauling our 30ft camper made a call to MTIA they were on another line but Matt used caller ID and returned my phone call immediately to make sure all was okay. You don't get that service from just any insurance company! Highly recommend MTIA.

I called this insurance agency to get a quote on our home, car and camper just now. Valerie answered the phone and I explained to her that we needed insurance immediately. She proceeds to tell me that we would have to "come in" and bring all of our information later on in the week. I explained to her that we had three quotes sitting in front of us and we hadn't left the house yet. She responds with, "well, that's a lot of information to take over the phone." I thanked her for her time and hung up the phone. Just wanted to let everyone else know, that if you want a quote from this company, do not waste your time calling, because they're obviously doing so good, that they don't need your business if it involves taking a minute to write down some information.

If you want a company that looks out for your best interests this is the agency. They found me better coverage at a SIGNIFICANT savings. As a single parent this was priceless. I can't thank all of you enough.
