We arrived not too long before closing time, and the staff was super welcoming. The purchasing process of our couch, bed and adjustable base was smooth and easy. The sales associate knew her inventory and dialed my father and I into the pieces that he needed.

Relatively decent shopping experience. Our sales person wasn’t the greatest, but luckily I know a lot about furniture and paid attention to details when he wasn’t. Delivery was as described and the crew that delivered our living room were extremely professional and courteous. I would shop here again, just choose a different salesperson.

Needed a recliner quick because of medical situation. Store manager Kaitlin was very accommodating in getting one delivered same day. When that one didn't fit our needs, Adam used his personal vehicle to get a replacement switched out same day. Amazing!
Angela was a terrific help in choosing our LR furniture. She asked great questions and understood my ‘style’ or lack of!! I love my new furniture! We had it delivered and it arrived on the appointed date at the exact time! How often do yu get service like that? We were very satisfied with the choices, prices and the delivery. Karen was above 5 stars! Went above and beyond our expectations! She searched the back for a potential inventory glitch and found our mattress so we didn’t have to purchase the floor model! She had a great sense of humor and shared in our laughter! At the Eau Claire store!!

I have been searching for a futon mattress and nobody just had JUST the mattress. Angela, the sales person I was working with at Furnish 123 searched in back for me, and then was able to sell me the one they had on the floor model to me same day. I got what I needed, and they were able to give me a small discount boot.
