#1 BEST place to buy a mattress in my opinion! My husband and I spent months looking for a good mattress to buy. We shopped at several different stores and laid on dozens of beds for hours trying to find the perfect one. Due to health issues we were struggling with finding it. We finally settled on a latex mattress from Mattress Dealzz and I have to say they were absolutely wonderful. I won't go into detail but the owner even took time out of his busy schedule to personally call us to make certain we were okay with what we chose and that we were satisfied. The fact that he even noticed was impressive to me and then for him to go out of his way to check with us was outstanding to me. I can't say enough good things about this business. I even took my mom in with me and she ended up buying a nice mattress too. I'm very thankful for their help, understanding and working with my husband and I.
If you want a company that stands by their customer service and warranties, this is the place for you. My wife and I purchased a mattress 3 and a half years ago and lost our receipt when we discovered an issue in the material. We called them and they walked us through how to easily submit a warranty request and the process was pretty painless. But then what are the chances? Out of all the fantastic mattresses that they have, our mattress got replaced with another defective mattress. Mattress Dealzz again worked with us patiently and helped make sure at the end of the day we had a mattress we loved for a very reasonable amount more than what we paid due to inflation. I could not be more impressed with the customer service and dedication from this company. I would be amazed if you would find a company as helpful if you find yourself in an odd situation like what we went through. Special thanks to Carson and the owner for all their help and understanding!

Best mattress store ever! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about their mattresses and are considerate of your budget! I tell all my friends to buy mattresses here!!
Whenever we need a new mattress, we don't even consider going anywhere else. Mattress Dealzz has the same quality of mattresses as the other guys but they always come in dramatically less expensive. We've bought st least a half dozen mattresses from them and each one has lived up to it's label and more. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and low pressure. If you know just what you're looking for you can often be in and out in a few minutes. If you need some bad credit options, they also have Progressive Leasing as a partner and we've used that a couple times with success as well. Overall, I wouldn't bother looking for a mattress anywhere else unless you are specifically looking for a specialty mattress. Even if you are, check these guys out first to make sure you're getting the best deal.
This is an update to the previous review from 6 days earlier: I contacted the Mattress Dealzz team per their response. The Mattress Dealzz team was absolutely amazing to work with. They determined some issues with our mattress and assisted us in finding a new mattress. They provided excellent service and genuinely cared about us. They were very thoughtful and expert in their suggestions and recommendations to get us into another mattress. Very pleasant experience and fantastic customer service. I feel that we made good friends with the team too through this process. Thank you for caring about us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have purchased a total of 5 mattresses from this American Fork store. 4 of them were a memory foam style and were for our kids; they like those. We told the salesman, who said he was the owner's son, what we were looking for in a mattress; sleeps cool and is a medium firmness. We bought for us one of their store brand mattresses that they manufacture, according to the salesman, and paid over $1K for it. He pointed out a specific one and said it would provide what we wanted. We went back to the store 45 days later and told him it was extremely hot to sleep on, far too soft, and that we had back aches everyday since; he said "sorry" and that it could not be returned unless it met the warranty requirements. So, we stuck it out while hoping things would improve. We were faithful at rotating the mattress regularly like the warranty said. Within 1 year, it felt like we were sleeping in a bowl. We roll into the middle of the bed during the night because of how the mattress is wearing. When we lay near the sides of the bed we can feel gravity pulling us toward the center of the bed because of how the mattress slopes to the middle. When you look at the mattress, it looks just as flat as it did when we purchased it, but it's a different story when we sleep on it; we roll toward the middle. We have lived with this mattress for a long time now. Horrible mattress with a ridiculous warranty. They need to figure out how to give warranties like the online retailers which are 60 to 365 days to use and get a full refund if you don't like it. We would have returned it at the 45 day mark. It has been over 2 years now and every night is the same experience. We don't have the money to purchase another mattress, that is why we have kept this one and just live with it.
Mattress Dealz has great mattresses and THE BEST customer service. I highly recommend their store. We bought the Scranton pillow top and my husband and I love it. It is soo comfortable. Thanks to the owner mark for honoring our warranty and being such an ethical business!!!
Purchased a King mattress. At first was upset due to the mattress systematically showing in stock but physically not so wasted time going there, along with some other miss understanding; But the owner help me out and delivered it himself to my home. Great store and great customer service. This is the second mattress I purchased and will Definitely go there when I need another.
Just bought our second mattress with them. They have a mattress lined with memory foam and another lined with latex foam, both with lumbar support, that are just great mattress and the price is really reasonable. We've been sleeping on the memory foam one for two years and I love it. We weren't able to find comparable mattresses for even close to their prices. Their stuff has great warranties 12 years for their memory foam and 15 for the latex foam. Their in house mattresses are custom made for them by a company called Englander.
Very good to work with. Good selection for tight or loose budget. Even though they didn't have our mattress in stock it will be here by tomorrow. Good friendly customer service.
