I had the opportunity to work with Ted at this location to resolve an issue we experienced with our new mattress. He was extremely responsive and professional. His attentiveness to the customers needs and empathy is noteworthy. I can only hope that every Mattress Firm has the strong leadership and customer focused skills as Ted and his team. I felt he was in our corner throughout the troubleshooting process, finding an ideal resolution in the end. Definitely will be buying all future mattresses from this store!
Teddy, the store manager, is amazing! Not only is he extremely personable, hilarious, and friendly, but he taught me so much about the science of sleep and was very patient in helping me find the perfect bed within my budget. By the way, his kid is adorable and his band is awesome!!
My son and I came in to mattress firm We had a warm welcome positive attitude great shopping Experience and would definitely recommend this to everybody even my mother in law. Both Teddy and a Dean were outstanding they worked well as a team and took care of all my needs I left with a smile on my face. Thanks Teddy
