Today my family and I went into mattress firm, Kimberly greeted us with a friendly smile and made our experience very smooth. She was very patient and took the time to explain every mattress we were interested in! Which was quite a few. She made sure we walked out the store with the one we loved! I’m super excited on sleeping on my new bed and finally getting a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this store!
My boyfriend and I had the best experience at this location. Kim was wonderful. She helped us throughout the whole process. She was very informative and sweet. She gave us all our options and we were able to choose the option that was best for us. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone I know and especially to ask for Kim she was really wonderful.
We made two trips to mattress firm, first to try the mattresses and then to purchase. We had a clear idea what we wanted but Kharl showed us their products, explained the pros and cons of each, and suggested options. He was professional, attentive, and was not pushy. Although, busy with other customers, he took time answering our questions. In the end, we purchased a mattress we know will love for years to come. This is the first time we purchase from Mattress Firm and the experience was good. We're very satisfied with the service.
I walked in without even reading a single review and was immediately greeted by this lovely young lady by the name of Kim and she is the manager. I had a mattress in mind from what friends recommended but i am 6’5 and almost 300 lbs so the ones from the recs didnt work and feel firm like i wanted. Kim took her time explaining the different mattress and was patient with me because I wanted to see several mattresses. Kim was amazing and very easy to work with. Five stars for the sales manager and the service. Especially the price!! I really recommend this store 100 percent!
I called to purchase the same mattress for my parents guest bedroom that I had bought a year ago for myself which I love but unfortunately it was discontinued! But I talked on the phone with Kimberly who was really helpful. We set up a time to meet the next day and she had a few mattresses ready for us to try that were similar to our old one. Took us 10 min to decide and it’s all because of her help! We went at 4 on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy at all. Excellent customer service too.
I was in the area, so I stopped at Mattress Firm at the Cerritos Promenade, with the intent of testing out a Purple mattress. The manager Carl greeted me as soon as I walked in and was nice enough to demonstrate how I should test and choose the right mattress. You will not find better service or a better deal, trust me. I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything, but I walked out with an awesome new mattress for an awesome price. The assistant manager was awesome too, but I forgot her name.
Kim was so wonderful in helping me out. She understood what I was looking for and provided me the best customer service! I was shown many options with my budget. I ended up leaving with more of a discount than the 50% off discounted *new* mattress. That’s a deal. A couple of my friends have come to this place for a reason. Thank you for the best customer service, Kim!
Went to this place to look for a mattress. Great customer service from Darren. He gave us different options to make us feel comfortable. Let me tell you guys that they have the best customer service and the best finance 0% YES 0% FINANCE. Plus 10 Year warranty from their product, so there was not need to pay extra money at all. If you guys want a great mattress and great finance, this is the right place to come. We ended up getting a Queen size. Come and check for yourself. Thank you Mattress Firm.
I was very pleased with the treatment I got at mattress firm. They were so helpful with any question I asked. I am very happy with my new mattress and bedframe. Taylor was my salesman. He went out of his way to make me happy. He worked out of the Lakewood and Cerritos office. He also gets a 5 star rating.i would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
Kimberly and staff were very friendly, informative and patient with helping us find the perfect mattress for us. Will definitely return and recommend them to others. Thank you.
