Jaden , was the best. Very friendly , and very knowledgeable about the mattress and what would be best for our needs. His coworker John was also very helpful and friendly as soon as we entered the store.
Kevin is an amazing sales representative. When we arrived at the store to shop he was bogged down with another client. He immediately explained the delay and said he would be with us as soon as possible. We shopped, narrowed down our choices and Kevin meticulously explained the differences between our choices. We came into mattress firm to find a king mattress. The sales person Jaden helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He also let us try out about 10 pillows each, so we could find the exact pillow that worked for our sleeping style. He did his best to save us as much money as possible and took great care of us. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Coming into the local store was a far better experience than the experiences we’ve had in the Delaware stores. I highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Jaden—-you won’t be disappointed. We are happy with our new mattress and accessories!
Jaden was our sales person. He took us through the different types of mattresses and what benefits each style had for our health. Then we sat down and put all our sleeping issues into an algorithm and that was able to select the right type for my wife's and my personal sleeping issues. With all that information we were able to pick the best mattress. Jaden worked within our budget and showed us mattresses through all price ranges with quality explanations on each type. We picked out a Tempur-proAdapt with an adjustable base and Jaden got us the available discounts to help on price. I could not have asked for better help, and my wife and I left the store knowing we got our monies worth. Thank you!
A bit overdue, was helped over July 4th wkend but wanted to share my experience with Jaden. My brother came through town on his way to Virginia to settle in for his first year of med school and was in need of a new mattress. Doctors spend a lot of money before they make a lot of money, so he had a pretty tight budget and Jaden was very considerate and helpful with his constraints. I highly recommend going to Jaden for your next mattress purchase!
