Great experience. We walked in and was greeted immediately by Max. He explained the difference in types of mattress and then listened to what we were looking for. Gave us time to decide what we wanted with no pressure. Made my purchase and it was delivered and set up the very next day. Enjoyed talking to Max and making our purchase with him.
****Update**** the gentlemen who sold to us that day reached back out and apologized for his "off" day! I found that to be very honorable, it really showed they cared about our customer experience after all and I can appreciate that! Every one has days they aren't at 100% and for him to take accountability for that as well as take the time to make things right with our remaining bonus gift balance was enough effort to turn us into satisfied customers after all I can't wait to get our new bed and sheets! Thank you mattress firm elizabethtown! Not the best experience at all, we did find a mattress we loved and we ordered it, so we are happy about that, but as far as the sales experience, not great at all. The gentlemen who helped us was experiencing tooth pain, and I do understand how terrible it is to try and work under those conditions, it definitely reflected poorly, his pain had him preoccupied and rushed our whole mattress buying experience. If the pain was that unbearable he should have let his associate handle us and taken a break for himself to recover. The worst part is we were supposed to recieve a $200 gift with our expensive purchase, I decided to go with a mattress protector, he didn't ask us which one we wanted so I assumed he would choose one in the price range, but after leaving and reviewing the receipt we saw he chose one that was only $120 and didn't tell us that, that leaves $80 in free gift wasted, looking at the website, that could have been a whole sheet set for our new bed. I will say the only positive was he did try and find a way for us to get the more expensive mattress we wanted from an outlet, but we decided not to roll the dice on a outlet mattress, however I did appreciate his effort there. Overall, very upset about the entire sales experience. I can only look forward to receiving our mattress in hopes it makes up for it all.
Easiest sell to date. Max was awesome. We have searched for a good mattress dealer for months, when we walked in , he was welcoming and knowledgeable. Helped us to make a good decision without pressure. Thank you.
Max was great to work with at Mattress Firm. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I checked around several places, but Mattress Firm had the best deals. I would definitely recommend this place.
Max was awesome to work with. we can't wait to get our new purple Mattress. Great time to purchase as well with discounts and the free merchandise.
Anthony and Max helped me get the absolute best deal! They aren't there to just sell you Mattresses but they also have your best interest in mind. They will work with you to ensure you get the mattress you are looking for. They weren't pushy at all and they communicated even after we left the store to ensure they squared away the shipping date and followed up with any questions we had. This should be your go to store to get new Mattresses.
So I walk to the store and wanted to get a mattress, Anthony wimsott greets me and let's me try a couple beds. He was awesome to talk to. Very nice and even helped me bring the bed to my car. If a manager see this. I just wanna say Anthony is cool give a raise or something I came in tired and stressed and I left with a smile.
It was such a pleasure to meet Max at Mattress Firm today. He answered our questions and made it easy to choose the perfect, affordable mattress. We highly recommend Mattress Firm and Max. EDIT: DO NOT get excited when u get the phone call they're 45 min away & take ur old bed down and put it on the porch. The delivery people won't take it. Oh well. I still love my new bed.
I bought my queen mattress and box spring with at least 400 in small bills and the manager counted each bill and bless his heart cause there were lots of 1s and 5s lol. He really helped me out with a good deal but most importantly he took his time to make sure that I loved my mattress before I purchased it. The cherry on top for me is that shipping is going to be much quicker than the other stores I went to so I’d 100% recommend this store over any others in the Elizabethtown area.
My husband Adam and I walked into mattress firm today, unsure about what we were really looking for in a mattress. We were greeted immediately by Max. He made sure to educate us on what each mattress would offer, he showed us different mattresses based on our preferences, and I really loved that he was not pushy while speaking with us. He gave us privacy to talk through what we would want and our budget as well. We had an excellent sales experience with Max. He definitely took care of us this evening.
