I had a great mattress buying experience. I told Jerry at the Midlothian, TX location what I was looking for and my price point. He was extremely knowledgeable and even more than that he was a wonderfully friendly. I really appreciate the patience he had while explaining my options and did it with my time frame in mind. I was there on my lunch break Within minutes I found the perfect mattress and had the delivery set up! I will definitely send people his way! Thanks Jerry!!
We went to the Mattress Firm store in Midlothian, Texas. Our salesman’s name was Jerry. He was so nice and very professional. He asked questions about our sleeping habits and listened to us talk about the things we’ve been dealing with trying to get a good night sleep. He showed us options on mattresses that would work for us. We were not rushed we laid down on two different mattresses with the motor bases. He took great care us and we made our selection and got what we wanted. Also got two pillows made for our sleeping positions and sheets as well. He took care of everything, our new bed will be delivered and we can enjoy great sleep from now on. Jerry’s customer service was excellent. We recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.Thank you again Mattress Firm.
Our Salesman, Allan, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We tested about a dozen mattresses and feel confident in our purchase. His patience and willingness to answer all of our questions is a huge part of why we can easily recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
I originally did not have a great experience with them. But, was called back in to the store to make it a great experience. I cannot remember the male salesperson's name, but he made everything right. I did not do enough research on the product, so I was not happy with it once I saw it on the bed. He made another suggestions and it worked out perfectly. I am pleased with the product and the service.
If you are ever in the market for a new bed this is the place to go. Allan the manager took great care of us. They promised a delivery date for our new Purple bed and power base and they showed up when promised. Keeped us informed of when they would be here, were very professional, curious, and worked very safely. They even hauled away the old box. Thank you Mattress Firm and Allan the manager for everything. Looking forward to a great night sleep.
I visited the store this afternoon to make a purchase. I had already done research online so I was able to walk in and tell Allan what I wanted. He rang me up and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
Allen has been amazing. I ordered some pillows along with my with my king size mattress and the pillows did not come in correctly. I called mattress firm local store and Allen has been efficient and kept me up to date to get the order straightened out. Not to mention he was not even my sales person he still went out of his way to help satisfy and resolve a customers situation. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for mattresses to go shop at mattress firm for amazing sales personnel’s to amazing customer service. Great Job
Yesterday I made a trip to Midlothian Mattress Firm just to get some pricing. Not my first trip as the Mattress Firm. The mattress I'm replacing was also purchased from them about 10 years ago Peoria, AZ. I met James. An easy going, kind gentleman. I knew changes have been made to the industry but whoa, information overload. James took his time, explained the details of each mattress I was interested in. He didn't push or rush me along. He took his time, answered my questions and gave me time to let it soak in. I asked more questions. He answered them all and thankfully I walked out happy with my purchase. An additional surprise was the awesome deals I received during their Black Friday sale. I'm ecstatic with my purchase and would recommend Mattress Firm and James to anyone who's needing a new mattress.
Midlothian stores was excellent, Need a good deal go see Jerry. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about all mattresses.
