Chris is an excellent employee! He made the process of choosing and purchasing my new mattress not only easier, but enjoyable as well. My entire experience at the Jefferson City location was excellent.
Chris was awesome! I was on my lunch break and Chris help me out to make sure I didn’t get late from lunch. He is very efficient made sure the customer me was satisfied with what I wanted answered all the question I asked. Chris is an amazing employee he needs to be recognized for his hard work!
Very friendly!!! Walked and told him the price range we was looking for and the soft memory foam mattress I wanted. Got to try the mattress out. Found what I wanted and bought the box springs and mattress paid in full and very satisfied all in the same day!! Thanks for making me a happy customer!
We bought a box spring foundation only and had identified the brand and style we wanted. Making the purchase and arranging delivery was quick, easy and pleasant. An unexpected bonus was a 70% discount on the delivery plan that hauls away the old box springs. We are pleased.
The lady who normally is at the Columbia Store was working in the Jefferson City Store today. She was exceptionally nice and helpful and she had lots going on at the time. We appreciated her.
Christopher gave us very individualized attention and answered all of our questions patiently as we tried out a variety of Tempurpedic mattresses and bases. Originally we were going to visit multiple retail furniture stores but the customer service and specialty knowledge won us over. We are looking forward to our new mattress and base expected to arrive next week, replacing a 13yo Tempurpedic which had served us well but was showing its age! We are also excited about new pillows and cooling sheets made of natural & sustainable bamboo!
At the end of the day, it's a mattress store and I really didn't want to be there having to spend the money. However, the staff did a great job helping find our son a new bed and it was a pretty quick process. The delivery team did a great job as well.
My wife and I went shopping around online, initially, and decided to check out a box mattress brand that was displayed at our local MattressFirm store. Turns out, we went in another direction, brand-wise...but got a great deal on an even better mattress On top of a $700 discount, they also included a new adjustable bed frame for free! Altogether, we saved nearly as much as we spent!. Richard was an EXCELLENT salesman. We told him what we wanted, and he was patient and personable, showed us all our options, let us know about some more expensive potential options, but didn't push us to go for anything in particular. He let us try everything out a few times, until we found something we both liked; then he gave us a couple cheaper options that were similar to that and worked with us to figure out which mattress/frame combo was perfect for us. He even gave us a discount on delivery and pickup services. He deserves tons of recognition. He made our experience.
Great experience! We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Great selection of mattress. Our sales guide was so helpful.
My wife and I got greeted with a friendly hello by Reggie. It was gonna be a just look around abit and see what we like....Well that happened then we bought a mattress. We did need one. Thank you Reggie for all your help. We love our new mattress.
