I had a great experience at the Biddeford Mattress Firm. Luke was amazing to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I was very indecisive and had a hard time deciding. I am enjoying my new Purple Hybrid mattress so far and would recommend this location.
Oh my gosh! Luke was a fantastic salesperson. He helped us find just what we needed and he was so knowledgeable and kind. He asked us questions that streamlined the process and introduced us to options we had not even considered. Our mattress will arrive in a couple of days and Mattress Firm Biddeford could not have made it easier!
Excellent experience with Mattress Firm in Biddeford and especially with Colin, who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and efficient. As someone who has to see products in-person before committing to purchasing, Colin was very understanding- took my wife and I around the store to try various product lines and firmness levels without any sort of pressure or influencing, particularly on price. He was quick to explain all of our payment options, all of the pricing for what we were interested in, and he was great to explain all the features and differences of each item we saw, but gave us space to chat and confirm what we actually want to buy. Thank you, Colin! We will be coming back again if need anything else in the future.

Amanda was extremely rude and continued to make comments under her breathe during the entire visit. I guess she felt like we were wasting her time because we only wanted to spend around $1000. She tried extremely hard to navigate us away from the free adjustable base by saying it’s flimsy and ‘free for a reason’. I genuinely went in expecting to spend a little more than budget but she was being ridiculous saying that the ‘adult’ beds all start at $3000 minimum for a king. Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store and congratulations to Amanda for losing a customer for life.

I was just browsing when I first went in but the woman that was helping asked what I wanted to spend and I picked the base that I loved and then I found the mattress and I got the pad and sheets and pillows and it was just $50 dollars over and I jumped and got it and it is going to be delivered 2 days I was so happy when I left the store feeling so happy about stopping I thought it was going to take me several different stores to get everything I wanted so stopping there first turned out to be the best place the woman that helped me was not pushy at all she just shone my options I will certainly recommend the store to all my Fay and friends I give them 5 stars
Our experience at our local Mattress Firm was excellent. Amanda was a thrill to work with and her product knowledge was great. Even though we walked into the store at 5:40 and they closed at 6:00 she had absolutely no problem with staying until we were completely satisfied and the purchase was complete at 7:15. Thank you Amanda and thank you Mattress Firm.
The sales lady was great. Had me lay on two different types of mattresses to see which one I like better. Then asked about my price point and found me a mattress in that price point and got some savings for me.
David was a great help to my boyfriend and I. We had an idea in mind of what we wanted and he helped us find that with ease. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Mattress Firm in Biddeford for their mattress needs!
