My wife and I were so happy with our experience at Mattress Firm. Rick sat down with us to learn more about what we were looking for in a mattress particularly our need to improve our back issues. There was no rush in the process. We felt like he allowed us ample time to browse and try multiple beds, makes and models so that we could make the right decision for us. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Swampscott. The delivery was on time in our 2-hour window and the bed feels great. Customer service was A+! Thank you Rick!
Stuart was incredibly patient with me ! I have a back injury and have surgery coming up. I have already been through 2 mattresses through another company that not only didn’t work for my back, but made it hurt so much worse. Stuart was patient , kind and informative. He definitely did not push me towards the most expensive. He listened to my needs and allowed me to try as many mattresses as I needed … multiple times. This has been extremely stressful and expensive and Stuart was the best ! My experience was 5 * Swampscott vinnen sq store.
Tyler was great. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anyone product. He was willing to answer all our questions and pick what might be best for us including discounts.

Matt greeted us right away as we walked in and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful in suggesting which mattress we should try and gave us all the insightful details we needed to know to help us get some quality sleep. Would definitely shop there again when we need to purchase our next mattress. Also the pillows were amazing definitely recommend to try they out.
Oh my goodness, I can't tell you how much Matthew who was working at the Swampscott store that day helped my hubby and I. I have COPD and sleep apnea, I was only going in to check out the prices, since I'm out of work. Even tho Matthew knew he wasn't getting a sale from us yesterday, he was so kind to show us around, let us try a few beds he thought would suit us, gave us a sale/full price quote so we would be prepared, getting me the best deal possible when I am able to afford it. They have new customers, and we'll shop for all our bedding needs there from now on as finances allow! Thanks, Matthew, Great job!
Andrea was our sales person. She was helpful and patient while we shopped for our mattress. She also was just as helpful when our purchase did not , unfortunately, work out for us. Shop this store. I liked that sales people came up and offered to help once you came in door.
Andrea was very accommodating and she really took the time with me. She made it a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm Swampscott.
