What a great experience selecting a new bed! We dreaded having to shop for one and did not want to be pressured. We went to Mattress Firm because Eric had so many great reviews. We arrived with the intention of gathering information and then deciding later on a mattress. But we had such a great experience with Eric and the luxury of trying out at least 10 different mattresses. He asked us good questions to help us narrow down our decision and before we left we had all the paperwork taken care of and a delivery date set. Today our mattress arrived and took the 2 guys about 15 minutes to set it all up. They were very courteous and careful moving our old bed out and the new one in. We were even able to track the truck to know exactly when it would arrive. What a great buying experience!
The customer service here is amazing! Eric helped us find a mattress within our budget. He showed a lot of care that we found what we were looking for. He showed as several mattresses and gave us the space to decide which one we wanted. He got us a great deal on the mattress, box springs and frame. There was another gentleman who was there and he helped us as well when Eric was with another couple. I highly recommend this store if you are needing a new mattress.
Eric was awesome! He helped us pick out the best mattress for our needs. Took us a few hours to really narrow it down as we've never purchased a mattress like this before and having two babies to deal with while trying to test out different mattresses and setups. It was a process! But Eric made it a great experience and was very patient and understanding. We can't wait for our mattress to be delivered.
Go here--ask for Eric. We were in the market for a new mattress--finally "graduating" to a king size and looking for an adjustable frame--and didn't know where to start, but Eric showed us the way. He was able to help us narrow down some choices the store has MANY options and point us in the right direction, but still encouraged us to browse and see what the store had to offer. He was friendly, patient and knowledgable, never pushy or short with us. I never felt like he was pressuring us into deciding so he could get onto the next customer. I'm very confident we made the right decision and are on the way to better sleep!!
I had a great experience with purchasing bedding from mattress firm on Jonestown road. Ibwas sort of in a hurry and Steve was extremely helpful and took the time to find the items I was looking for. Even after he believed they may have been out of stock, he checked and found what I was looking for at an affordable price! The transaction took very little time and he helped load the items into my vehicle. I had a great experience and I recommend them to anyone!
We were in need of a new mattress. We stopped into this location today and were promptly greeted by Peter. He had an excellent knowledge of the products and he gave us enough time to figure out what we wanted. He wasn't pushy at all and he answered all the questions we had. Having been on a Tempur mattress for the last decade, we assumed that would be the right one for us. We ended up going with a purple mattress and are excited for delivery they were able to deliver it to us in two days time which is amazing! I would highly recommend this store and Peter. We've bought three mattresses there in the past 15 years and have always been happy!
The staff there were very welcoming. We spoke with Peter and he helped us find a bed that was just right for our daughter, and in the budget price we were looking for. We were done in less than 20 minutes. It was a very smooth transaction and I would recommend this spot to anyone.
We visited this store and Steve was very informative about what mattress would be best for me. Because there was such a selection he spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various brands as well as pricing. I would highly recommend spending the time to understand the differences and pricing when looking for a bed. I would also recommend Mattress Firm and Steve.
Such a positive experience here and amazing service from sales representative Michael. He showed me plenty of beds, worked to my price range & the style I was seeking. I only needed a bed for college and now I think I’ve found my mattress for many years to come. I highly recommend this store for their kindness and exceptional customer service
Quick and friendly service. I was a little unsure of what size beds, I was going for; good questions that I was asked, that I didn’t think of, helped me come to a decision. Also, I'm glad I was told about the bed frame that can extend to a queen and a king: for future use, if, I do decide to go up a size. The price for all that I got was great and affordable. Good selection of mattresses and good, FIRM quality as well. The delivery date was not long at all. They were able to deliver in 2 days, but I went with day 3. The delivery service was also fast, friendly, and efficient. Thanks, MattressFIRM!
