Preston Wade was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He appeared to be capable and competent. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong bed, one I had not even tested. He promised me next day delivery; however, I received no call that evening and only an email stating that some other day than the day I had been promised, my delivery would be made. I was not happy. I went to the store the following morning at opening. No one was there and the store was locked. I waited until James arrived. He had nothing good to say about Preston and offered me water. After an inordinate amount of time to boot up the computer for two different processes he proceeded to correct the order. I had to set up a later delivery date because it was too late to get my bed on the delivery truck for that day. I received a phone call and email the evening before the delivery, providing a two-hour window for delivery the following day. The bed was delivered within the two- hour window by two competent delivery men. No smile, no thank you, no have a good day and they did not give me my mattress cover until I brought it to their attention. All in all, a disappointing $5,000 experience. The bed was installed to my satisfaction and is comfortable.
My experience purchasing my mattress at Mattress Firm was awesome. Stephen my sales person was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to accommodate my schedule for delivery. The delivery team was professional and friendly. I also got a great deal on purchase. Thank you Mattress Firm!!
Jacob was phenomenal ! He asked relevant questions, made me feel exceptionally comfortable and provided me with the best information and product that suited our needs. We needed a mattress and box spring for our guest bedroom and he even recommended one that was almost 50% off. I highly recommend this business and my sleep expert Jacob
The mattress we ended up with was as comfortable as it was working with Peter. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands they carry and gave us good insights on which one would best suit our needs. Highly recomend working with him.
Steven our mattress sales expert was wonderful. We had such a horrible buying experience 10 years ago so having Steven assist us made this time so easy! I would tell everyone shopping for a new mattress to go to the Deland store and ask for Steven. Can't wait for our mattress arrival. Thanks
We needed help deciding on a new mattress, and Jose was beyond helpful and very friendly. He offered insight and easily explained the difference between our options. The selection is very good. Highly recommend.
I needed a new mattress but wasn't planning on buying the day i walked in to be educated. After spending lots of time with Peter i pulled the trigger on what was inevitable. Peter was great and the experience so far has been exceptional.
I visited the DeLand Mattress Firm today. James greated me and he was very polite. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses. He asked me on how I sleep. My sleep position/patterns and depending on how I sleep. and then he will match you up with a mattresses that would be ergonomically correct for me. James listened what I was looking for and for my budget. And one of the best thing was buying my mattress didn't take long time and they deliver. James was very helpful. I took our 12 year old in to find a new mattress. He was very patient and helped him find a perfect mattress.
Walking into Mattress Firm and meeting Peter made my day. I was apprehensive about purchasing a movable base and mattress for my husband. Peter was a great teacher as he explained the science behind the product. He listened as I explained what I needed from the product. After testing a number of beds, and after hearing about the sale Mattress Firm was offering, I felt very comfortable about the purchase I made. There was no reason to continue my search. The paperwork that follows was amazingly easy and quick. Thank you, Peter, for making my purchasing experience so pleasant!
