Friendly, courteous, non pushing salesmen, we actually left and shopped around other places in Springfield but got no customer service. We had even shopped online but wasn’t sure of what type or the quality of mattress we would be getting. Nothing compared to quality of the mattress we found or the personal attention we got from our salesman, Corey at Mattress Firm in Springfield. He took time to listen to our needs and wants and directed us to the the mattresses that would suit our needs.
The employees were friendly and helpful and the store was clean. Dex assisted us with choosing a new mattress for our son. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect one. Price was great. Highly recommend!
The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and went through everything with us. We were very satisfied after we left. We couldn't ask for a better experience.
I went in to the store with an idea of what I wanted and had an awesome and knowledgeable salesman. Within an hour I purchased what I think will be an awesome bed with adjustable frame, mattress cover, sheet set and pillow. All will be delivered and set up in less than a week. Thank you for great service.

Fantastic experience. My 25 year old bedframe crashed after being mended together a couple of years back, so it was time to replace the frame and mattress. I had very specific requirements when I walked in and walked out with a new mattress and bedframe after a great experience with Michael Dantley. Michael was very respectful, helpful and keen to decrease the wait time for delivery. The process from information gathering, to testing options, to the purchase process and the delivery was seamless. Everyone was super Client focused, which is a rare find these days. Thank you for a great experience.

The store workers were good, but the company is very difficult to deal with. It was trouble to get them to process my payment and then they missed the delivery date because they tried to deliver to my address one street over. Then they refuse to deliver that day and would only reschedule one week later. Totally useless.
Cory was great in educating me on the difference in mattress design. It has been 10 years since I’ve had a new mattress. Cory made it easy to make a decision to buy the mattress and adjustable base.
Our buying experience went great. Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were given all the time we needed and all questions were handled very professionally. We were very pleased with all of it.
