If you are looking for a mattress and an honest discussion of the pro's and con's of each brand and type given your bodies needs, this family owned mattress and furniture store is the place to go! My husband and I highly recommend it. We had been led on by some unscrupulous competitors and finally about to turn over our hard earned $$$$ over to one of them, found this store and owners who take real pride in their business' and in customer service - including the most important ingredient building honest, transparent relationships with customers. Not only did we purchase a king Tempe-Pedic during their Memorial Day Sale, but we have been back since to purchase a beautiful upholstered headboard, and just yesterday again, to purchase two pillows. Why? You can take what these people tell you to the bank! They answer your questions straight on. They do not hedge and haw when you ask them something, but rather they explain to you exactly what you are needing to know. They are professional's who will earn your business the old way - not through jokes and slimy change the subject maneuvers, nor by manipulation, but by giving you the facts you need to make an expensive purchase of a top of the line mattress that will serve you well for years to come. Sandra Farhat, the owner, is knowledgeable and honest. She will tell you the differences between A and B without hesitancy or fan fair. This family owned and operated business is the real deal, I promise you. If you just need some advise about mattresses go and see Sandra or one of her daughters. You will leave knowing much more of how to make a decision than when you went in and you will come back. We sure did!
Sandra and her daughters are amazing! I went into the store knowing I wanted a new king mattress, but nothing more was known. They tested me for the right mattress for me and my fiancé and showed us many different brands. Once we found the one we loved she was able to guide us through the process effortlessly. We even received our mattress and bases within 4 days since it was in stock. I would recommend them to anyone!
Overdue review but very excited that I found Mattress Fit when I was due for a new mattress. This family owned business is a gem! After going to a few other mattress stores, I knew Mattress Fit was different. When I came into the store they took care of my zillion questions and helped me find my perfect mattress. They nor I planned to buy that day but Mattress Fit exceeded my expectations. Months later I am happy to say that my sleep and comfort are amazing! Thank you
If you are shopping for a mattress or furniture in the city of Jax, I would implore you to go out of your way to go to this shop. This is a family owned business and Sandra is incredible. They will fit you perfectly with your mattress and will not even try to sell you at the highest price point. Just what’s best for you. We shopped around and they were cheaper than Mattress Firm or any other competitors. After we bought our mattress, we fell in love with a couch in their showroom, so we inquired about other options and they showed us a sectional in the same style. Which I fell in complete love with, purchased, and will be in in 2 weeks versus 4 months any other furniture store. Sandra is charismatic, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, and remembers her customers better than anyone in the industry. I highly recommend.
Mattress Fit was awesome . First they have a machine that helps you select the right firmness in your your new mattress which is very helpful. Sandra was awesome in making sure that everything was right with our new mattress. She goes the extra mile will keep you updated with emails and phone calls. I will definitely recommend Sandra and Mattress Fit to friends and family.
Sandra, Olivia and Salem are like family. We purchased a Tempur Pedic Pro Adept queen mattress with an Ergo adjustable base, Breeze pillow, Flexsteel couch and recliner. We are so happy because of back injuries etc. They followed up making sure we're happy. Their customer service is Superior. en

We had an amazing experience with Sandra at Mattress Fit. We went in specifically looking for a new pillow. There were plenty of quality options, she listened to our preferences and provided guidance to narrow down our options.
