Maryann has to go!! Very rude, not professional at all. I have had to deal with her and she never once said goodbye just hangs up. I wish I would of went elsewhere to a place that appreciates paying customers.
I have been at place twice and both times the sales person was very moody, and made me feel like they just wanted to get rid of me. I was just there about 3 hours ago and every time I asked about a particular product the guy just said "you will just have to take what ever we have" I asked to special order and he said, it would cost a lot money. Why would he just assume I didn't have the money to pay. If I was there was because I was willing to spend the money. I told him the amount was not an issue as long as I could get what I wanted. I asked for other things to be added to my order and again he said, that would cost to much money. Again, I said that will not be an issue. Finally he said he would call me if he could get what I wanted. His tone and answers were just rude, I was not asking for any discounts, I knew what I wanted and was willing to pay for it. He just didn't want my business.
Excellent service; the staff are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions. Cost is reasonable.
Recently, I worked with Ashley at Maurice Moore Memorials to pick out a headstone for two of my siblings that passed away as infants in the mid-1950's. I had a number of questions. She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient answering my questions and offering suggestions regarding the stone and inscription. Considering my experience with Ashley and the overall fine condition of their facility, I recommend Moore Memorials. Tom P.
Hopefully you don’t have to deal with Maryanne. She was rude and completely lacked empathy when dealing with people that have lost a loved one. If it weren’t for Maurice stepping in, we definitely would have taken our business elsewhere.
Maurice Moore Memorials really did an excellent job for my Father's cemetery marker. We wanted something very special and the marker was more involved than most. It included an etching of my Dad's airplane, a logo, cross, and scrollwork along with some other elements which turned out really nice. They were very patient and understanding during an extremely difficult time for our family. They were able to match the stone type and color exactly to my Grandmother's marker, replicate the same design and font, and went out of their way to make everything fit beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the compassion showed, the professionalism, and the level of craftsmanship. Thank you again to everyone at Maurice Moore. Maria Donovan
Maurice Moore went above and beyond, not only making a beautiful custom marker but also delivering it right when I needed it, despite the tight time frame I put on them. They are professional and respectful, making a difficult time a little more bearable.
Took forever to get the inscription in the font size and type I wanted. Took 10 months to get it delivered. I should have risked buying from Canadian supplier, for half the price.
When my father passed we knew we wanted his monument to be an extension of our love and caring for him. We knew we could do this but needed professional help and chose Maurice Moore Memorials. We were greeted professionally and given condolences. Two gentlemen, Maurice and Mike did not tried to sell us anything but talked to us about our dad’s illness, his passing and our lives together with him. I had to stop them to get down to business. We were surrounded by beautiful monuments in their showroom but none fit dads or our personality. It was them how found the right monument for us after describing what we had in our minds. We were given costs with nothing hidden and were never increased upon completion. We were able to give them personal designs that were redrawn by their professional artist and engraved with precision. We even had inscriptions in Gaelic and Polish. We were able to see full size drawings before they cut in the granite to be sure it was just right. Once the monument was erected at the cemetery we were called the same day to tell us it was up. Upon arrival at the cemetery we were beyond words of the beauty of our memorial. Amazed that they took our thoughts and put them into the making of dad’s memorial was astounding. We visit the cemetery every week and feel the true joy and remembrance of our dad through his memorial monument. Words cannot even begin to express what the level of craftsmanship, professionalism, love and honor you guys have bestowed upon me and my family. You guys are a step above all others in your field and we are so very blessed to have had the opportunity to not only have your excellent work, but also your friendship. People and companies like yours only come by once in a lifetime. Thank you very very much.
Great people to deal with, they really listen to what your ideas are and make it a reality. They have a lot of books to pull ideas from and are very considerate and professional. They understand how difficult this process can be.
