During a situation when I needed to hide from my abusers, Tessa hid me in the dressing room and let me stay there until they left. She was supportive and wonderful and made a terrible situation better. She was amazing.
I can not remember the last time I went into a store and bought a couple new outfits for myself, but with events coming up I had to. My anxiety was running high, but both ladies working today were so sweet and helpful! Plus got some really great deals. Win win.
This place is fantastic! The workers are so friendly and the clothes are amazing! Shoutout to the manager Tessa! She was super friendly to me and helped me out when I needed it. I’ll be coming back soon!
I'm giving a 3 star only because the employees are always smiling & helpful. However over the past few years the quality of the t-shirts has gone downhill. They turn see through after just a couple wears. I had not shopped here for a couple years for that reason. I decided over the Summer to give Maurices a 2nd chance. Unfortunately the t-shirts are still a issue. I shouldn't have to layer because they turn see through. I'm so disappointed!
Great place. Cute clothes and good sales. I got this really cute top I loved. And it was a little too big. I did not have my receipt when I went back but I was able to exchange it for a smaller size without much trouble.
Great customer service polite and courteous great selection of sizes and helpful to find an item in my size love this store.
I love Maurices! They have a good variety of clothing to suit almost anyone. Basics, casual, up to the dress wear. They also carry plus sizes. The ladies that work their are always Super helpful and kind. If they don't have what you want on hand, they will order if it is available. Prices are a tad high on some things, but that's the world of clothing. Get their C.card and you receive 10% off with every purchase. Bonus!! Oh and order online, free ship to store and can do returns to store, also.
Friendly helpful staff. Able to try on items in the store. Staff shared their Covid virus policies and procedures which where appropriate for protecting everyone. Clothes go into quareentine after being tried on and are disinfected. Sure does make the shopping experience better.
I can order on line very easily but I go in to shop partially based on the experience with the Associates. I walk in alone and I shop with a friend. Great staff! I've got to say some Associations have been disappointing.
My daughter and I always have such a great experience at this maurices! The staff is super friendly and we look forward to visiting every few months. Thanks!!
