I went in looking for an outfit at the last minute.  The associate was able to find my size in a dress and a kimono to go with it. Very helpful.

I did NOT like my experience I walked in they all gave me a weird side eye and I already have really bad clinical anxiety so them staring wasn't great. What I would assume to be their manager, walked up and said if I wasn't here to shop she'd have to kick me out but I already had bad anxiety so I couldn't talk to explain myself so she ended up kicking me out. Now I don't blame the workers those aren't my type of clothes and I wear all black but i was shopping for my niece who does, there was no reason to kick me out like that.

I agree with the review about the new manager being very rude.  My first interaction with her, was returning a shirt with tags attached because there was a hole on it.  And that was not the first time that had happened either but this time I seen it before I removed the tags.  The new manager turns to the cashier and says to her, “now she has had this for awhile, so look for signs of wear.”  I was like excuse me, look at my purchase history, which is massive.  She says oh I know it is, but it disappeared after that.  So she made my purchasing history disappear, well I am sure she could explain why she is right and I am wrong.  It is usually a hot and miss with the cashiers.  Regardless I thought to myself I am not going to let their misery scare me away.  Until I got home with my order and part of it is missing and this time they can’t find it.  The manager is supposed to call me tomorrow, can not wait to play this game, not like I have anything better to do.  And I live forty-five minutes away.  If you like to save on shipping and ship to store like myself, check your bag before you leave.  Because it said at store when I left my house and picked up when I arrived home, but missing orders and they can not find them.

This store has always been my least favorite. I do appreciate the new layout, but that was it. I was told I could call customer service which was 1000x worse than the store.  This is the last time I'll shop there

Thank you to the ladies who worked the evening of 2/23/22. They worked hard to find what I wanted and made shopping there quite the fun experience. Well done ladies!

Love the stylish clothes.  Prices are high, but it you wait for sales, good deals can be found.  Employees are friendly.

I'm a plus size girl. I asked for help from 2 different girls if they could help me find a couple of tops I seen online. The 1st girl was talk to a girl in the back about what they where going to be  doing over the weekend. The 2nd girl was to busy folding clothes. Then I asked a 3rd girl she  said  with an attitude what you see is what we  have IN YOUR SIZE and turned away with a huff. My girls friends and I  that was shopping with me that day will never  shopping at this Maurice's ever again.

I love all of there plus size clothing! Thank you for having plus size clothes close to home. That's not always something available to plus size woman!

This place is SOOO AWESOME! Cute clothes and friendly workers.

Awesome clothes great service and always willing to work with you when something isn't right
