Use to be one of my favorite places to shop. Not anymore. When a guy approaches you wearing a dress, it just isn't what I expected or wanted to see at a woman's store. When will the craziness stop?!
Horrible customer service lady at checkout already paid and she kept looking online to show if they had stuff in store cashier didn’t call for backup ! Made me stand there waiting was extremely rude I didn’t get stuff left store upset only will shop online !
The staff here is so helpful. I told them what I was looking for and I literally sat in the dressing room and she brought me all kinds of outfits. I felt like a queen. This place has a small town feel.
Love this store, staff really nice and helpful and kind...love that I can order online and pickup at the store for free and avoid shipping costs and try on the clothes to make sure they fit and if not, return them and get a refund if they don't fit
Fitting room smells very bad and stain, they need more variety and big sizing, and i got an allergy attack after the combination of perfumes in between all the employees. Music way too loud. And the system is too old to pay. If you try to pay with a physical apple card forget about it. The system will not allows it because the card don't have numbers to put manually on it, and it doesn't scan apple wallet.
I have had the most wonderful experience with this store and it's staff, always willing to help with clothing choices and outfit ideas. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing what's trending in fashion and updating your wardrobe.
This is absolutely my favorite store of all time! Amazing customer service, these girls go above and beyond for their customers. Laurel even hunted down a pair of capris from another store so I could get the sale price. Definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends
I love shopping at Maurices. All the staff is so nice and helpful especially my favorite Tiff. She goes above and beyond to help me. Heidi does as well, she is great! Have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so!
Great store with many items from clothing to accessories. Very helpful friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Nice fitting rooms. Very nice set up with outfitted displays. Check this store out, you will find it to become one of your favorites.
One employee working young blonde gal, 6pm on Wednesday 10/30/19 and no other customers in the store at the time of my visit. I was barely greeted between straightening racks/tables and was not spoken to again for the 10-15 minutes I was in the store. I tried on 12 shirts in the fitting room and was never checked on. I explored the store again after the fitting room and was never even acknowledged again. I even purposely started looking in the area the employee was in and she walked away. As someone who used to work for the company it’s sad to see such lack of “customer obsession” in this location. Even if I had found something I liked, I would’ve ordered online and not given this location my business. Steer clear if you are looking for friendly helpful customer service because it is non-existent in this location.
