I went in this store’s location to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size. When I walked through the door I was greeted instantly by a girl behind the check out counter and another sales associate. Both were super friendly and welcoming. They let me walk around and browse, but also let me know that if I needed anything they would be there to help. It was my first time in this store, and I’ve got to say the customer experience I had was very great! I will definitely be back again soon.
I’ve been going to this clothes boutique for well over 15 years. Not only do I love the clothes, but the employees are amazing! They will help you pick out accessories and find clothes that go well together which is great for fashionably challenged folks like myself. Recently shopping there I was helped by Gizelle who made my shopping experience great! She was very extroverted and kind, we chatted and it was like hanging out with an old friend! I always feel at home when I’m there. I highly recommend!
I buy a lot from Maurices usually online and did a return for some jeggings the other day. I forgot my online order receipt so she asked for the email confirmation. Ok easy enough as it should have all the information needed. I get texts and emails from Maurices all the time but she also needed my phone number. Ok fine but then my social security number? Wut? For a return? A little much don't you think?
I have never been to Maurices before, so I thought I'd check it out. As soon as I walked in I realized I have been missing out! They have a wide variety of beautiful clothes in all sizes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Maurices is like a boutique, but reasonable prices. I will definitely be back!
Love this location in Parker! Staff is always friendly and very helpful! They always have a great selection of items and the store overall is very clean and organized! Masks are required to enter and they have hand sanitizer at the front counters. They also are very diligent about wiping down and sanitizing the fitting rooms when someone is done! Definitely recommend shopping here!
They always have the latest fashion styles and a lot of variety! It is not just for the super skinny people, it has great size selections. I am able to walk in and walk out with a full wardrobe of Business, Business casual, casual and even formal! I love coming here because they not only offer clothes but they have shoes and accessories too. It is a great place to shop that has a lot to choose from.
I visited this store while shopping from outta town. I was alone and everyone hates shopping without a buddy... Lol. The Manager Meredith was soooo amazingly helpful and had the best customer service a girl could ask for. She "shopped" for me while trying things in and complimented my outfits and just made me feel amazing. Something as little as that amazing customer service made me feel SO good about myself as I was going through a horrible time emotionally. She had no idea but she touched my heart in ways shell never and I appreciated the service so much. I will continue to shop at this store!!!
It is always a pleasure to shop at Maurice's. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They always have good sales and great prices too!!
Online shipping here has been hit or miss... but I love going into the store. Guilty obsession. Always happy with my purchases. Very cute and trendy styles. Staff is always willing to help. They hold personal shopping days that tgey give you even more attention. Visit their website for more info.
