Maverick Dance Party is a cardio dance fitness program that fuses a broad spectrum of dance styles with basic fitness components to deliver a kickin’ cardio party. A typical class includes a variety of dance styles from jazz to belly dancing, hip hop to swing and each song has it’s own unique moves. Participants typically burn between 600 and 1000 calories per class depending on their fitness levels. It is, quite literally, the wildest workout around.
