This place is so much fun. My boys always have a awesome time.
I was the star of the night Max Bowl has nice staff who engages with their customers to make it a pleasant experience. But after bowling I had everyone's attention driving a mustang Check it out!
So my hubby and I go here mostly to play pool. But we have bowled a few times as well. Good environment for kids and adults. Good drinks, good food. The wings are my fave. I got them naked with sauce on side. Best decision ever. Bowling is cheap Friday night. Otherwise, it's somewhat pricey.
We come to this location a few times a year and we normally have a great experience. We came in today 1/16/2023 and played in the arcade like we normally do. There were a few issues with a few games but they gave us the credit back. The problem is when we were finished. My son was trying to get enough tickets for a specific prize but didn’t make it so he picked a basketball goal that hangs on the door and a Whoopie cushion. I noticed that the plastic wrapping on the goal was torn slightly but didn’t think anything of it. We got to the parking lot, in the vehicle and my son realized that the goal rim and backboard were broken, there was something sticky on the ball, and it looks like part of the plastic backboard is melted. My son took the basketball goal in and explained everything to the person working the arcade and he was told “well it wasn’t broken we I gave it to you”, which is completely false because it was never dropped or taken out of the package. I know it’s cheap prizes but that means they’re not loosing anything if they made this right and gave him one that wasn’t broken. We were contacted by the owner and he asked that we come back and exchange it for a new one. We went this evening 1/21/2023 and manager Cameron wasn’t there but Mike took care of us and made it right. Thank you, I will change the review.
We had a blast. This is now going to be our weekly thing
They expected my child to eat a laffy Taffy from the prizes that had been so melted and the wrapper was embedded into the candy. I politely asked you an exchange for the 300 ticket candy bar of equal value but they insisted they couldn’t exchange it due to the candy bar already opened. Very disappointing especially after spending a couple hundred dollars. Spoke with management about the issue and their response was, “It’s going to throw off our inventory”. What a joke.
This place used to be great. However, no amount of updates or changes to the interior will improve business if your workers are unprofessional. While in line for bowling, the worker was writing on a piece of paper and ignored my family for five minutes. We stood there waiting and the worker said nothing even as they faced us directly. Our experience was made worse later on when our pizza was "lost". Halfway through our one hour bowling time, there was still no pizza. After inquiring on two occasions, the worker at the bar said our pizza was "lost". They had our order receipt but had no idea where our pizza went. Both the tables next to us got pizzas even though they arrived later. There was no apology given. The worker only said "refund or remake?" She said it would take 7 minutes to make. We got it 45 minutes into our game. I 100% recommend AR or Showbiz for bowling instead.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THE FOOD COURT. The big guy tattooed is just plain rude. You can’t even order in peace without knowing if he will do something to your food. Then he wants over charge you for stuff they don’t have on top of that he wants to charge extra for sauce when he already owes you and refuses to do a refund. The bowling is great the lanes are unleveled but make the best out of it!!!!
Business was clean, lanes were nice, bowling alley type food was on par. Kids really had a good time. Arcade was sufficiently sized and game choices were adequate.
Great place to bowl! The environment is friendly. This is my Go-To bowling alley every month. Prices are reasonable. Love the Friday night all you can bowl! Would rate the place a 5 star but music choice is poor, wish they would play music that is trending. And not ghothic ,old school , rock music with weird music videos. Max bowl FTW.
