This afternoon I stopped in needing help with a wagon that has seen serious duty with my golden retriever puppy who has decided he would rather walk than ride.  One of the screws came loose slightly bending the frame.  Al, came to my rescue, finding a longer bolt with a nut and wrestling it back into perfect working order.  I was charged a whopping grand total of $1.18 for the bolt and nut - the service was free!  This was not an isolated incident either.  They go out of their way to be helpful every single time.  They are just the nicest people on the planet.  The least I can do is give them a shout out and let them know that Al is my new hero!

Best hardware store in TC if you actually need assistance or need specific items no one else carries.

My dad rightly calls this a McGivers paradise. They have all the bits you would need in northern Michigan and a bit more!! Lodgepole, paint center, key cutting, Yeti....etc etc etc. They have maple syrup making supplies which is a must this time of year. Parking out front and friendly staff.

Local Big Green Egg vendor. Received superb service. Signed up for rewards. I will be back.

My favorite hardware store, close by and the staff is very helpful. I go there at least once a week or more.

Tool selection in the basement is great.  Unlike the box stores, staff here know what they're talking about.

Always helpful and knowledgeable.  Love my local Ace!
