Since 1989 Maxine’s Café and Bakery has provided a delicious alternative to the Tri-state’s typical lunch fare while showcasing the area’s best desserts.
Maxine’s offers an array of fresh gourmet salads, soups, sandwiches and pastries.
The menu includes three chicken salads as well as pasta, vegetable, and fruit salads. There is also a hot soup, a quiche and hot entrée available each day. The focus is always on fresh, seasonal, high quality ingredients, with no preservatives added.
Don’t fill up completely, though, because one can’t leave Maxine’s without sampling some of the best desserts in the Tri-state area. Everything is made to perfection by our award-winning pastry chef, Terry Spindler, who is renowned for his craft.
