My aunt died this past Monday. We used this funeral home to bury her. We had a terrible experience. The family met at the funeral home at 10:00 AM to see her for the last time and to bring her to the cemetery. They had already brought her to the cemetery at 9:30 that morning, so our pall bearers weren’t able to carry my aunt to her final resting place. Then the music that we picked out wasn’t played. The man claimed he forgot the CD so we didn’t have any music. They were rushing thru her funeral. It was overall disrespectful. She had plenty of burial insurance to pay for her service, so I don’t want to hear that she didn’t have the money for it all. My aunt deserved better. This was the last thing we were able to do for her and it can’t be fixed or redone. My aunt and the family feel totally disrespected. Her children deserve an apology.
