Came back to try this restaurant again. Glad we did. They have great food and great prices. The chips are not all that great and the refried beans need a little more flavor but the enchiladas and tacos are awesome. My husband orders a burrito and loves it too.
Great place for authentic Mexican food and good drinks. We just love this place and the family that owns it is very nice and down to earth. Lily makes the best Cadillac margarita in town. Highly recommend.
Great food and fantastically refreshing beer. Prices are very reasonable and their food is very good. There is something about the temperature of the beer served in a frosted mug that makes it so refreshing a good tasting. I have been frequenting this place for close to 20 years.
This is a family-owned restaurant with quality authentic Mexican food at great prices and with great service. The beef tacos are prepared either on soft or crips tortillas and the beef is perfectly cooked and shredded and present. The tortillas are always fresh and have never been fried twice. Salsa is excellent as well! Highly recommend for a good, reasonable meal out.
Wow, what a disappointing experience this was. My daughter and I ate here this evening and will NEVER return. We walked in around 6 PM and waited about 5 minutes just to be greeted. There were only 2 or 3 small parties in the restaurant at the time but there was no one there to seat us. One of the owners or managers finally seated us and we now had to sit and wait for the server to finally come and take our drink order. Once we get our drinks and chips we placed our orders and recieved our food in a reasonable amount of time but we never saw our server again after that. She spent the rest of the time we were there having a conversation with one of the other tables and totally neglected us. Never asked if we needed our drinks refilled or if the food was to our satisfaction. It was okay but wasn't anything special. The owners/managers weren't much better as they were just seated at the bar watching TV and playing on a cell phone. Again we sat and waited hoping the server would come around so I could get the check and leave but she never did. Finaly the owner/manager left his seat at the bar and walked by our table so I asked for the check and told him we had not seen our server since receiving our orders. He brought the check, I paid it and left a tip reflecting the service we recieved, in fact I think I left more then I should have. I made it very clear to the owner/manager just how dissatisfied we were and left. Avoid this establishment at all cost. There are much better Mexican restaurants in the same area.
I have never been treated so horribly. The owners are downright rude. We sat down and the older owner just threw our menus on the table. Then she put chips and salsa on the table. We asked to place drink orders and she just walked away. The waitress came and took our order and asked us if we ordered drinks. We said no she walked away from us. She didn't apologize at all she snapped well do you want drinks. I should have left. Our food came. Not once in 25 min did a waitress or anyone come to our table. We tried flagginf down the older woman three times. She walked past us each time. They never once filled our drinks. A couple came in 10 minutes after we received our food. They were asked for drinks by the older woman as soon as they sat down. They were served drinks and chips right away. The older woman even refilled the gentleman's drink before I finally had enough and spoke loudly enough to be heard. She scowled at us. Didnt utter one word of apology. The waitress came and tossed the bill at us. I wouldnt let her leave. I asked her why she hadnt came once to our table. She stated she was the only one there. We were 2 of 3 tables there. I asked why people who had just sat down were given refills and we hadnt. She got pissed and said i am not going to argue with you. Well she claimed to be an owner. If you dont like the color of the skin of the gentleman i was eating with and want to treat him badly and have service so terrible ypu make someone feel bad then you shouldnt run a restaurant. The food was good but the service was so horrible and they were so incredibly rude.
I've been coming here for years everyone is great. it's an awesome family run restaurant which I think is very authentic. Definitely go in there on a taco Tuesday its of the hook!!!
Good food, but some things like rice and beans with burritos are extra. Service was slow and unexceptional. Not that busy. Also serve draft beer in margarita glass which is strange.
Our favorite! We drive by about 20 other Mexican restaurants to get to Maya Inn. We love the family and the great food!
Terrible food it's so bland. The salsa is flavorless it's like a tomato paste. The enchilada taste like it's from Dollar Tree.
