I ordered a special bouquet of flowers for my 14 year old niece who had just had major surgery. I phoned the shop from London, UK where I live. Upon explaining the situation the lady I spoke to, I am sorry I did not get a name told me she would give it extra attention. My niece and her family sent me a photo of the flowers and they were just beautiful! Perfect for a 14 year old girl. Thank you so much! And she received them on the day she arrived home from the hospital, which made it even more special.

Great experience! I am always nervous when sending flowers out of state because you never know what will be delivered. Langanke’s did an awesome job! The bouquet that was even nicer than what the had in their website.

I received a gorgeous arrangement of hydrangeas and stargazer lilies for my birthday on December 30, and just this morning, February 4, I threw away the last of the flowers. I have NEVER had flowers last as long as these did. Not only were the flowers beautiful, they lasted so long. Thanks for your great service.

This florist is great! Herman--the owner--and his son do such an amazing job. Langanke's is definitely going to be my florist for a loooong time! Herman's arrangements are so thoughtfully, and purposefully put together in order to maximize each element's beauty. I got the pleasure to see Herman work the first time I had gone there see the sunflowers; I only chose the orange flowers and the sunflowers; Herman had put together the rest, selecting with great taste the rest of the arrangement. Notice the little purple flowers! Herman's customer service is great, he's such a pleasure to speak to. I noticed he had thank you letters from some local Churches, so we had a conversation about Jesus which was really great! Him and I also talked about what drew me there. My girlfriend had gone to the hospital, and I wanted to get her some flowers. She had just gotten out of a cardiac catheter procedure. So we talked about that too. He's a very kind man. I also got the pleasure to meet his son at a later date. I had come for some roses, and helped me right out. They had some arrangements prepared, so he was able to get me one of those; I wasn't looking for anything crazy. All-in-all, Langanke's is an amazing place to buy your loved ones flowers. If you want to decorate an event, this business does that as well. He has a green house, though I have only gone inside today the day before Valentine's day. You definitely won't regret coming here! These guys are the definition of a reputable, quality local florist. I placed an order via their website for delivery on Memorial Day, which they honored despite being closed for the day, acknowledging that their system allowed it when it shouldn't have. The owner reached out and said he'd personally ensure the order got delivered on the right day, and also was transparent about what flowers they had on hand and let me tweak the bouquet while he was at it. Thank you, Langanke's, for dealing with this needy, challenging customer, and going above and beyond! Much appreciated.

In the evening, I ordered the Serene Retreat Garden Plant to be delivered the next morning. Langanke’s Florist exceeded my expectation. Delivery was prompt and the plant was beautiful. Ordering from Georgia wasn’t a problem. It was a quick easy online transaction. Very grateful for the good service.

Let me premise this with the flowers were beautiful and the quality of the flowers were very acceptable. Unfortuantely for my daughter's wedding some things fell below acceptable. First my wife and I specifically asked for the bride's and maid of honor's bouquets were suppose to be different than the bridesmaids. They requested for those flowers to have more white in them to distinguish their imposrtance. When they arrived all the bouquest were beautiful except they all looked the same. There was no white in them. We called on her wedding day what could be done. In their defense they did deliver white carnations to the venue. We became responsible for cutting the flowers and trying our best to arrange them in the bouquets. We were fortunate that we had a very crafty grandmother who performed this task and made the bouquets as they were ordered. Secondly one of the corsages mother of the bride was constructed wrong and didnt even make it down the aisle. There seemed to be a lack of paying attention to the bride about her bouquet which was a major part of her presentation. I have to pay in full prior to the wedding so I have absolutely no recourse financially. I am not expecting the florist to reach out to me and apologize, because that is not how business is done today. If you use this florist understand the flowers are beautiful but there are some shortcomings. Dan

Cannot recommend this florist enough! For the past couple of years my husband and I have been sending flowers to his Mom every two weeks from this shop. Sadly, we have just had to cancel that standing order as Mom passed away, while we were at the shop taking care of that we ordered flowers for her funeral service. Let me tell you, that was the biggest, prettiest floral basket arrangement I have seen, exceptional value for money and I work in a flower shop so I know what I'm talking about. I cannot thank them enough for the care that was taken, in the bi-weekly standing order and the arrangement for her funeral, if I ever have the need for a shop in Shelton either for my job or personal orders you can be sure I will be using Langanke's.

My mom has recently moved to assisted living. I have sent her flowers a few times using Langanke's. She sends me pictures and they are absolutely beautiful. I like to send flowers due to how much joy it brings her. I can not give them enough compliments on their customer service and quality of product.
