I wish the company was upfront and honest and just advise they do not care about your medical needs nor want to assist to get you the supplies that you need medically to live. Every time I call regarding a cpap order it’s the same answer eveytime. No progress going on 6 months. Maybe it’s an upper management problem or the owner doesn’t care about the business. I get calls frequently regarding routine supplies on a unit I don’t have? Don’t waste your time like I did the reviews can speak for themselves ask your Doctor to find a supplier that can fulfill orders for your medical needs
So far I am not impressed with the services Mayhugh's has yet to deliver. Had to get the insurance company involved today. Hopefully they did as they said and mailed out my supplies today. Nothing like being a month after they received the order . I am usually easy going but Mayhugh's has used up all their chances with me.
Very unprofessional. Hardly ever get anyone on the phone. No follow through. You can order something and it will get in and they never let you know or take appropriate actions to get the order to you. You have to actively call them regularly to make them do their job. They’ve finally got my equipment in after mistakingly sending previous equipment to someone else and make an appointment to ship it a week later. Just let it sit there. Would love to talk with higher ups, this group really needs to get their act together.
dealing with billing problems that Mayhew says Care Centrix is at fault and Care Centrix says its Mayhews fault. Meanwhile I get billed every month. I took my concentration machine back today, them saying it's all a billing problem? Well fix it. Mayhew was very efficient in having me sign a release of liability form. They are billing $144 per month for a $1000 machine for the last 3 years and I'm assuming it will never stop. This machine will cost $50k, I have already made an appointment with the Medicare fraud dept.
Wish I would have read the reviews first as they are extremely accurate!! I normally don’t read them but please stay away from this company! Communication and follow-up is definitely NOT a priority. Finally spoke with an office manager named Amy but at this point, more than a month later and still no equipment, I was over it and wanted nothing to do with this company.
These folks are unprofessional, called my phone saying “ they need updated notes “ for me to get my breathing machine, FOR WHAT? When my own lung doctor is asking for it. Then the lady on the phone going to say I’m just going to mail it out, I said thank you, she says mmmmhmm & then hangs up the phone, doesn’t even say have a good day, or anything of that nature, Get it together as a company especially if these known Medical Professionals use yall.
They only answer the phone if you want to buy something. If you already bought it and you want to pay your bill forget it you can leave a voicemail and wait forever for them to call you back. Every bill you get gives you a website that you can go to to pay your bill. There is no website. Every bill you get says you can go to a portal to pay your bill good luck finding that.
Customer service is non existent. My dr from the naval hospital ordered a cpap fire me and I never heard from them. I have called over a dozen times. Every time is the same thing, the only people that answer the phone is the cpap supply reorder. They take a message and no one ever calls back. After a month and a half I still do not have the machine and have never gotten a call back from mayhughs. I think they would rather have you die than do their job. Never use this company.
You leave messages no one calls back, call them and they transfer you all over then you need to leave another message. I am moving out of town and can't get a status of my CPAP delivery then one person says I'm not in the system after two weeks since my order was faxed to them. The people there are not helpful at all.
Everyone has been such a great help to me. Yolanda, Greg and Alec have such a awesome group and professional individuals . I couldn’t ask for a better group to put my care and concerns of having a cpap machine . Thank you !!!!
