PLEASE DON'T LITTER AND RUIN THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Mostly clean, but like literally every 'nature' area in the entire Metroplex, you can't escape the litter. Here, it is mostly the areas directly adjacent to the apartments in which you'll find dozens of poop bags at least it's bagged?!, drink bottles, etc. But the further you walk, the cleaner it gets. Even the water is relatively free of litter. Trails are clearly marked, lots of hidden moments and discoveries to be found. Beware of the chupacabra.
Nice clean and peaceful has a hiking and bike trail a creek it's nice and quiet
One of the underrated parks in DFW. While the neighborhood may not be appealing, this offers open trails for walkers and hikers as well as trails for bikers. There's also a creek near if it's not drought season. Finally, there are some unique sites to see as you explore.
Love mountain biking here. This is the closest DORBA trail to my home so I come here most often. It’s a fairly novice trail but still a lot of fun and good workout, with a few drop trails. There’s also a bmx type jump park in the center that’s pretty cool if you’re looking for that.
it is a magnificent place, amazing and so close to home. Thanks to all the people who make life to keep it
I've lived in this area for years and just today decided to go for a visit. It definitely beat my expectations. We followed the yellow trail and had several spots that were worth a picture. It was in the low 60's with not a cloud in the sky and it was perfect. Considering I went on a holiday weekend, there weren't many people. Definitely didn't feel crowded in the slightest. I'll be going back again soon for sure!
These trails are so fun. I brought my three little kids here and it was a fun easy trail. There were lots of bikers and dogs that passed us. The only downside is the parking to get to the trailhead. On weekends the roads are packed and no one seems to know how to use a four way stop. This has happened multiple times here
Enjoyed the biking trails here and looking forward to coming again for more rides. Non-trail park area nice too with playground and paved loop around the park good for walking and strollers.
Great trails maintained by volunteers which do a great job. If it rains it takes a good couple of days to be rideable again. Good scenic ride. We sometimes follow to the dog park as well for another scenic ride.
Normal family park with a hidden gem of a DORBA trail for MTB and hiking. In the middle of apartment complexes all around but suddenly you will disappear in the wilderness. Really well made network of trail for Mountain Biking. Free flowing blue line, loamy soil. Great for beginners as well as intermediate. Parking facility, bike station.
