Nice location, secluded with decent facilities for hosting a gathering. Places for setting up cooking and cleanup, sink, tables, etc. On site bathrooms *badly* in need of cleaning, unfortunately. Great combination of open spaces and large shade trees. One Frisbee golf basket that we could see. Plenty of parking.
I had bought a Subway sandwich and was headed to this park eat it. I ended up at the next door saddle club by mistake. That was a good lunch spot. But this would be too. I did get here later to find a geocache at the entrance, but can't say much about the park. Looks like a camper could empty their potty here, maybe for free.
Nice little park. Quiet and not too busy. Nice place to walk and/or have conversation with your significant other.
