It was my first time here I have not been able to trust any hairstylist for years due to always having a bad job done to my hair. I went in hoping for the best and came out extremely happy and satisfied with my haircut Mayra is definitely the person to go to she is funny and keeps you entertained. My hair was dry and just looked horrible so she gave me recommendations she cares about her clients and that’s very important!! Also, knowing it was my first time there she gave me a discount which was amazing!!! I will definitely come back!!
Fabi at Mayra's was very professional and did my hair right. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut, and it looks great. Right place at the right time in preparation for an evening event.
Mayra was awesome. I was nervous, she reassured me it was going to be okay. I was major cut. I love it. Her and her whole staff were so sweet and very nice. She is now my hair stylist specialist.

I came here due to recommendations given by my mom and her friends and I have to say that Mayra and her team did not disappoint! Such friendly staff and environment, I have never been to a hair salon were coffee or bread was offered. I showed up very late to our appointment due to poor weather, but they still were willing to work with me. Furthermore, I was very happy with the end-result of my hair. I was looking for change and she was able to help by doing partial highlights. Not once did I feel rushed. I will say it is pricey, but I thought it was worth it for a beautiful end result! I came here on a Sunday . When I came in I asked for just a trim . Thaths all that I wanted , no form just straight trim how I usually get . I also tend to do it on a full moon , so I tried to give this place a shot . Then the lady with glasses on the 2nd char from left , came up to me and looked at my hair . I told her how much was it for a trim , she didn’t tell me anything and told me to sit , I asked again and she went to one of the ladies to assure a price . I proceeded to tell them that I just wanted a trim nothing extra and complicated. The owner told me it they would charge me 45 , when it tended to be 65 for my type of hair since it was long and thick . Because they had to do a wash , dry and straighten. Since she told me they would do it for 45 I was ok with it I proceeded to get my hair washed , the lady with glasses didn’t even wash my hair right , she just put like water and rinsed it out . Then we went back to the chair and she was untangling my hair . She put the excuse that they were tend charge me 65 because of my hair type and that my hair was frizzy and that they had to do a blow out to make sure my hair was cut straight it was just alittle tangled because I had my hair done a day prior for a family even and it felt hard and dead So she proceeded to cut my hair , dried it struggled but just some spots , like the front of my hair . After that she said she was done , I looked at my hair and she said it was done . I saw ir was cut but it didn’t look like it was croked at the time . When I get home my husband looks at my hair and tells me it was not cut right … not even cut straight like I wanted . 45 was not worth it in my opinion , my hair was not cut and straighted correctly . At this point I didn’t wanna go back because I know they would make my hair shorter. This was the first and last time I come here
I loved how my balayage came out! came all the way from San Francisco California. Mayra is so kind and genuine she makes you feel so welcomed! Her team is amazing and polite. I really recommend you coming, the price doesn’t matter because it was worth it in the end. thank you so much mayra, will be coming back soon.

Literally Burnt my hair, Mayra and the assistant don’t know how to communicate they literally toned my hair to the point that they fried it was at the place for 12 hours just for them to fry my hair they would wash it and rinse so much like if they didn’t know what they were doing the assistant had already put toner in my hair but Mayra went ahead and put more toner which really messed up my hair it ended being a pink toned blonde instead of what I had asked for …and they don’t take responsibility for the damages they want to act like nothing is wrong . So unprofessional, and they advised me to wash my hair in 3 days im guessing cause they ddnt want me to realize the mess they did on me my hair fell apart I was crying in the shower seeing my hair break apart . Charged me over 380 . If I were them I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing what they do to peoples hair ….
