Maytag Laundromat

The quarter machine was stocked. I sat in the parking lot in my car as I washed, then dried my cloths. The door says "automatically lock at close" which is false, it locked BEFORE the closing hour so now my cloths are stuck in a drier and I have no phone number to call to just go in and grab my cloths! Either get comfier furniture so I could have stayed in the store as I waited or lock when you say you will lock!

Place sucks. Washer screen is un readable, button missing, took $2 before I realized it was broke. 6 dryers outta order. Slum laundromat at best.

01-02-2022 all the outside doors to the laundromat are locked., Yet there are 15 people inside doing laundry. Had to enter through Dunkin donuts. The change machine doesn't work. Kinda a prerequisite for laundry machines. Numerous machines out of order.......still haven't been fixed from a month ago. Garbage laying everywhere. I would pick a new laundromat. Spending your hard earned money is a choice. Where to spend it is a choice. Why give a poorly managed business your business??

This laundromat is the pits. Lost $5.00 in one washing machine that was out of order but didn’t have a sign on it and I couldn’t see the message on the instruction window. I also lost $3.00 in several machines, one would stay going, the other didn’t dry my close after 45 minutes. I have sent a message to the local owner. Still awaiting an answer. I live in DePere and this is just unacceptable. Contacting Maytag as instructed is a dead end. The owner is looking for someone to clean 3 of his places.

Change machine not working on a Sunday Morning, you know, when lots of people want to do laundry?!?

Change machine wasn't working so I was straight up unable to do my laundry. Headed to Nu-way laundry where I was pleasantly greeted by an attendant who pointed me to a giant machine that is currently doing my laundry for half the price of what this place WOULD have cost me. It's worth the drive to leave this place behind.

I have used this laundromat many times for many years. However, I found myself in an interesting situation tonight. I only needed to wash 2 loads so I started those and went out to sit in my vehicle. 30 minutes later, my wash is done. This is at 9:30 pm and I approach the door to reenter and IT IS LOCKED!! The place closes at 10, why is the door locked at 9:30???!!!??? The worst part is that this business does not have a # posted on the premise or their Google search...umm seriously?!?

Always out of quarters. It's a lucky day if you come do laundry and there is any. So now I have to half dry my loads and hang dry them. Waste of money!!!!!!!

Nice clean place close to food and stores. Went there tonight to wash my blankets just to have 1. Blanket with burn holes on it that wasn’t there when I put it in the washer another one that was Singed along with pillows that were singed and two of my blankets didn’t even dry!!! The dryers are used We’re on top third and fourth one from the left or Second and third I don’t remember I just remember it was the top rail closest to the left side.

Pretty clean place. I haven't been to a laundromat in years, but this place was quiet and bit many people were there on a Saturday afternoon. It is also attached to a Dunking Donuts, if you like that sort of thing.
