Purchased a CX-5 last night. Debra is the women who helped us along with Lil Wayne in the finance area, they are so great!! It was my Bfs first time purchasing a vehicle. They both were friendly, willing to help, professional and informative through the whole process! We appreciated it after having a not so great experience at another dealership we went to first. We look forward to using the dealerships services in the future for the car.
Here are a few positives about this dealership: - Family owned. Unlike some of the other dealerships around, this one has a very homegrown and local feel. We were grateful for the patient and kind folks who work there. They were quick to introduce us to each other and help us feel at home. - Cars available. Many other dealerships just simply don’t have many cars available. This dealership, on the other hand, had good options for most of the things we were looking at. - Chill atmosphere. Whether we were negotiating a car price, or waiting for our turn to meet with the finance guy, there was not a lot of pressure or anything uncomfortable. Here are a couple things that could be better: - Short-staffed. Not sure if it was just the day we were there, but we ended up spending the whole day on-site to purchase a car. We spent close to half of that time just waiting because we were in one queue or another. - Visibility of progress. It was often a bit fuzzy where exactly we were in the buying process, what progress we had made, and what was yet to come. A comprehensive roadmap laying out all that we would need to do and decide would have been helpful so we could refer back to it as we moved along. - Explanations could be simpler. There are a lot of complexities around buying a car prices, financing options, warranties, etc.. This was our first time buying a car, so we were a little lost at times. While they made a great effort to dumb things down and explain them simply, I would have appreciated an even more basic, comprehensive way of understanding how things came together and what they meant. For example, how different warranties overlapped in timing and coverage. Something like a visual, high-level overview would have been nice. All in all, we had a positive experience and I would do it again!
Everyone that we worked with at Orem Mazda was awesome. They were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. The process was simple and I never felt pressured. It was an overall great experience. Thanks to Josh and Deborah in sales and Nate in finance for being awesome to work with. They definitely earned my business and I highly recommend you give them a shot with your next vehicle purchase.
Had a great experience at Orem Mazda! Quinton, my salesman, was super chill and transparent with the pricing of the 2023 Mazda3 I purchased. He did not push any unnecessary addons for the car or anything. I felt that they gave me a fair price for my trade-in as well. All of the employees there are super helpful and friendly. One of the finance managers named Wayne was great to negotiate with as well. He did not fight me on packages I declined to add to the car loan and worked with me to get the payment I wanted. I am not sure about other dealers, but Orem Mazda is catching up with the times and knows that pushy intimidation tactics do not work anymore. Highly recommend buying a car from them, especially Quinton!
Everyone that helped me with the purchase of my new CX5 Turbo was so great. They were friendly, helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed before finalizing the purchase. I did not feel pressured into anything for even one second. They made sure I was all set up and connected to my car before I left. Buying a new car is a huge investment and can be so stressful but they did such a great job at making me feel comfortable. I will be recommending them to anyone in the market for a Mazda.
Orem Mazda provided the most pleasant buying experience I've had in 35 years. Alan and Lil Will were absolutely wonderful. They didn't pressure us at all. I'll definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend them. Their warranty was amazing. They provided snacks and water while we waited. Remarkable experience!
Service department has been great for us. We’ve been bringing our 2008 Mazda 3 here previously a different name but same location for 15 years and they have always taken great care of it for us. It’s still plugging along with almost 300k miles. We just recently purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 because of our great experience with our ‘08. Both cars have been serviced lately and I’m thankful we got the warranty on the 2017 because it would have been a large amount to have to pay without it. Service department is Knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I have had them take care or many different things on my car. Every time they are so easy to work with informative and quick. I love coming to them. People always say not to take your car to the dealership, but so long as the guys at the service department stay at Orem Mazda, I will continually bring my car there as well as recommend them to my fellow Mazda drivers!
We’ve always had a good experience at Orem Mazda with services. They’re quick and thorough. I never feel like they try and get us to buy any service we don’t actually need. Every single person I’ve interacted with there has been so nice and helpful.
We had a great experience with Orem Mazda and our sales person Al. They were never pushy, gave us lots of time to make our decision, and made sure we knew how to make all of the systems in the car function before driving away. I feel like they went above and beyond to make the deal work for us. We went to multiple dealers trying to decide on the right car for us and we really feel like the Mazda is giving us the best value for our money for the features that were important to us.
