I am a Very Happy Customer - McCausland Lock Service in Prospect Park, PA, is a great place to do business. I can see why they have been in business for over 100 years. I had a key that was difficult to duplicate. I went to 6 different hardware stores, including the main home improvement stores. McCausland Lock Service was determined to duplicate the key. They sent a tech to my residents and he made the key from the door lock. They are professionals and I received excellent service. I would recommend McCausland to everyone who needs lock service. I thank all of the staff for the excellent service.

Superior customer service. Can’t beat their prices either. A replacement key fob was less than half the price the Ford dealership would charge.

Less than a month ago,Prior to me going here the car worked perfectly fine the remote start I just needed to Get an extra key made,  Because it was So expensive I had to Wait pay day, total was around $94.00 approx. For 1 key to be made because of chip in the key, They Gave me the key I paid for the key and I was on my way I had to go to work but I didn't  want  to be late . When I went to leave work at 11 o'clock that night It was freezing around 29 °I hit the remote start and to warm the car up and it did not work, So I walked out to the car hit the remote start and it still did not work, I ended up having to use the key , the next day I went Back and I was  told they Couldn't help me,  So now I have an appointment to get the car reprograms At a car alarm company and it's gonna cost me more money on top of making the $94 key because this place could not fix what they obviously, Did something to Stop the remote start from working If it was accidental I'm sure but I think that they should have helped fix it or fix it I shouldn't have to go to another company to get it fixed,  and pay, I did call back later in a week and ask somebody there how does this getting fixed and they said that You have to find the key under the dash and give him the key To reprogram it, I looked for the key I couldn't find it anywhere I have to take The car for them to look for the key that's gonna cost me money which I should not have to pay, He couldn't tell me where the key is he said it's in a Box somewhere under there they hide it.  Frustrated. Happy holidays   PS. I would like to say I've been using this company for years and never ever ever had a problem before you've always done great work In the past.  I took my car to another establishment Few weeks after they said there is no box or key under dash, The code was in computer, The person who made the key deleted  it, I had to pay $100.00 To get it put back in so remote start would work again.  Over 33 years of going to macauslands I think they. Should have attempted  to fix it for free. I agree Steve.

I’ve been using their services for quite a long time, today had 3 small keys made , first it took 5 mins to find the small key they didn’t work 2 went in but wouldn’t turn 1 wouldn’t even go in , it was obvious to me that the key was to big , tried returning them to get refunded but they don’t do refunds on keys , they never see a penny from me again I’m im sure gonna share this info on social media. Buyer beware

The staff could not have been any nicer nor more competent. They were able to take care of my multiple issues as the professionals they are. And it was all accomplished with a smile. I wasn’t aware of a veterans discount but, since I mentioned I was a veteran they made sure that the discount was applied. It was actually a joy to be there. And I was attracted to the company because of the excellently written radio ad I heard last week on a Philadelphia station.

Helped figure out the best, most cost-efficient way to change the locks on my condo. Very happy with their service.

I used their key service for Zeitro's new staff, let me tell you this has to be one of the best key cloning places in Delco. they have excellent prices and the quality of the cuts was so good, i even mistaken it a few times from the original. 10/10 I highly recommend their service.

I got a transponder key for my car in less than 15 minutes. No appointment. Staff was super courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The cost was $200 less than the dealership and $50 less than a locksmith near my home
